I have suffered from depression and anxiety for much of my life. With all the pharmaceuticals I've tried, negative side effects outweighed the benefits. Also I have a very stressful job, putting out fires all day long ( so to speak ). It would also be very difficult for me to let go of that stress when the day is over, loosing sleep. Then I found Toniq Ashwagandha!. I've been taking for about 3 weeks now and am amazed by the profound difference it has made in my quality of life!. I'm able to cope with the stress of my job with ease. Anxiety has become subtle as opposed to debilitating. My mood has much improved and become more stable. Also I'm able to come home calm and get some rest!. It's incredible. I also love how they tell you the % of withanolides in the product. Most of the others are either much lower or leave us guessing. I am very happy with this product & will certainly be purchasing this again.

I first heard about Toniiq back in May but I never really took supplements other than omega-3 fish oil and a vitamin d supplement. I'm black so I've to get vitamin d even though I'm outside a substantial amount of time and live in Florida, I still think I should supplement VD to get adequate amounts daily. That aside, I heard about Ashwagandha in October and I decided to order from you guys because I like your story and I like what you're doing in the health and fitness world and I support it. One day, I might even be able to partner with you guys and support the company. I did alot of research on the product and mostly got it for the testosterone boost. I know that I'm already a stallion, but not harm in having a boost. I've never seen testosterone hurt anyone. The product was delivered to me on the 23rd of October and I started using it on the 26th. At first I didn't feel anything from it. I think that just because my body processes new supplements slowly. Very slowly. But then, the 6th of November came. This was a particularly stressful day for me, but that evening it just popped in my head to self-evaluate and I immediately noticed that even though the day was full of work and was arduous, I was calm. My nerves weren't on edge and I felt extremely focused on whatever task I had on hand. I've never felt this calm before, even though I meditate daily. It feels amazing to be calm but focused at the same time. It's improved just about everything that I do to this day and I think this product is a big contributor to my focus. I believe that the decrease in stress and the testosterone increasing properties of this product have helped me improve quite a bit in such a short amount of time and I see myself only improving from here.

I had not heard of this brand of supplement until I saw it on a few lists of best ashwagandha supplements, so I was a bit skeptical. I had previously been taking a well known and recommended brand of ashwagandha, with really little to no appreciable results. That product contained 2.5% withanolides. Toniiq contains 10% withanolides in two capsule full dose. Because the dosage is higher than I was accustomed to, I started with only a half dose of one capsule (5% withanolides) in the evening before bed, and the results have been outstanding, with much improved quality of sleep and feeling of well being and energy during the day. I have not yet taken (or needed) the full dose of two capsules, but plan to increase the dose soon to see if there is any appreciable difference. I started taking the supplement on March 2nd and as of March 23, continue to have consistent results. I also shared several capsules with a friend, who has been having difficulty sleeping, and she also noticed an appreciable improvement in her quality of sleep when taken in the evening. I know supplements work differently for different people. This one definitely works better for me than any previous brands that I have tried, and I'm so glad I gave it a try.

This product is a great value for the money and works very well for low cortisol levels that caused me to wake up in the middle of the night. I had trouble with the delivery though and had to cancel it .

I ordered this product and five others from the same company, Toniiq. I received the following today: Tart Cherry, Ashwagandha, Maca, Olive Leaf, Resveratrol, and Triphala. I’ve never tried supplements besides a multivitamin and a fish oil pill. Since I’m getting older and trying to get healthier by actually hiring a trainer, reducing my caloric intake, and making better life choices, I thought I would try these since after some research, they fit the bill for what I’m looking for. Although I am a nurse and currently in grad school to become a nurse practitioner, I not going to review these based on the effects. Seriously, I’m taking those 6 pills a day, plus the vitamin and fish oil pill, plus a blood pressure medicine. It’s poly-pharmacy off the charts so anything I experience is going to be skewed because I can’t be sure of what is doing what for me.Instead, I will review the packaging and the content of the “bottles”. All 6 bottles were sealed very nicely in plastic. Once opened there is another interior seal, and all were intact. I did not detect any broken capsules inside, nor did I experience and “chemical” smells. Overall the products look very professional. I expect to notice the effects in a week or two since it takes the body some time to grow accustomed to anything.So based on what I’ve seen so far, I’ll rate it 5 stars. The only thing I would like to have changed is how they are shipped. 4 bottles were in one box and 2 in another and there was not “packaging” type material in either box to absorb any type of shipping abuse that may occur.
Fell very sick after consuming
After consuming 1 tablet (recommended dose is 2), I had diarrhoea for 4 days and felt very weak. I'm not sure if my body responds weirdly to this particular product or ashwa generally. However, since then I've been afraid to try another capsule as I felt miserable during those 4 days.That being said, it did bring about a calmness and focus for a couple of hours on the day I took it. Will be thinking about what to do with my stock.
the ashwagandha did nothing to ease my insomnia
massively disappointed that it did absolutely nothing to ease me into sleep... took it for 2 or 3 nights consecutively, but nothing... maybe i should persist for a bit more, but i don't know... oh well....
