Very happy with this hemp cream. Maybe my nose is not as sensitive as some of the other reviewers here, but I don't think it has an over-powering menthol smell. I do smell the menthol but not as much as other products I have tried. It's a very nice, soft cream. Rubs in well and a little goes a long way. I have a Baker's cyst on the back of my knee that can be quite painful. In addition to using ice packs and red-light therapy, I rub this cream on and it really helps with the pain. Like I hardly notice the pain at all. I haven't tried it anywhere else but my knee, but I'm really impressed with it and highly recommend.

I've been using this cream on my lower back where I have bulging discs, stenosis and bone spurs.The jar I received yesterday, the consistency was runny and it wasn't as strong?

It does not relieve the pain totally. However, it does relieve some degree of the pain. I am NOT sure regarding the 10X strength, if it is that STRONG, it should give you some great pain relief. The odor is very low. It is not as strong as some of those that you buy from the RX store, and you choke the whole house when you use it.

This cream by far is one of the best I have tried and I have tried many many other ones. Nice mild smell and it's not greasy. It gets rid of the pain no matter where it is.
