The price, taste, and ingredients are all excellent - what's not to like? I am careful not to inflate the Bolo review system, particularly as an Bolo Vine reviewer, but I did not hesitate to give this the full 5-star rating. I've already purchased my 2nd bottle - this will be a fairly regular purchase for all of the above reasons.

Normally I would not give any reconstituted lemon juice, a five-star rating..... But this one really surprised me! It tasted less chemically than most and it was a phenomenal buy...at least in my opinion. I much prefer fresh lemons but they are getting expensive especially when you don't use them right away and they start to turn. I was really surprised that this tasted halfway decent for a bottled lemon juice. I suppose you could make lemonade with it but I'm not sure I would. I used it in my hummus and Lebanese stuffed grape leaves. In other words, I cook with it. It gave the flavor profile I was looking for. The size was as represented and can be used for a variety of cooking needs. I will buy it again.

It doesn’t quite have the same freshness as squeezing a lemon yourself, but it’s a good substitute in a pinch. Overall, a handy pantry staple, but not quite a perfect replacement for fresh lemons.

Used this to make a drink for a cleanse. Mix Lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup and drink daily! Helps to speed up your metabolism and de-bloat! This works great for what I need it for and tastes ok!
