I have used both the shampoo and conditioner for a while now. Like the product but do not like the design of the bottle it comes in. The conditioner is difficult to get out of the bottle.

I love this product but when it arrived, the cap had been knocked off and the product had spilled into the plastic bag.. (It was a snap on cap, not screw on.)The product was thick, fortunately, so I was able to get most of it back into the bottle.I think all liquids should have the caps taped on, or the bottle bubble wrapped, so the cap can't dislodge.If the plastic bag had been torn, it would have been a real mess and more product would have been lost.

The conditioner is fine although it will not thicken your hair or make it look thicker. The real problem is the hard plastic bottle the conditioner is in. If you have arthritis, wrist or finger weakness or carpal tunnel, you will have great difficulty getting the product out. It is ridiculous so I will not buy another bottle.
