I love this coffee maker. It is simple to use with just one button and makes enough for when I have houseguests-they can even figure out how to use it if they get up before I do. Most 10-12 cup coffee makers have all kinds of buttons, timers and a clock that has to be reset if you unplug it or the electricity is interrupted. I don’t need or want a timer because I am not always certain when I will get up and I don’t like water to sit in the coffee maker overnight allowing microorganisms to grow. The auto-off function is useful if I forget to turn it off. The quality of the coffee is good, even if only making one cup. I have had this coffee maker a year now and it continues to work well. In short this coffee maker has all the features I want and none that I find superfluous.

This little coffee maker is fantastic. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I do want my coffee in the morning. Since I'm alone this coffee pot is just the perfect size. I know that putting the water in the tank from the coffee pot itself is difficult so what I did was measure the water in the pot and poured it into a measuring cup and that works perfect. So now I know exactly how much water for certain amounts of coffee that I need.I love this maker so much that I put my Keurig underneath my counter and haven't used it since getting this coffee maker. Before I go to bed I set it up with the water the coffee in the filter so that in the morning all I have to do is just turn it on.

I bought this to replace my 2 year old Mr. Coffee 5 cup drip machine. This Krups 5 cup is smaller. It feels too light for me. The glass karaffe is quite thin. I wouldn't recommend using the reusable filter. I would recommend unbleached paper filters. It does make good cup of coffee and is plenty hot enough. I would recommend this unit.My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult getting the water into the reservoir. Also dont forget to manually turn the power off after using as it doesn't have a timer or auto off function.

A great little coffee maker. I now grind and brew my own and finally put the Keurig in the garage. I like choosing my own coffee strength and quantity of coffee all while enjoying a fresher cup. Both my grinder and brewer are made by Krups. They make a good product without breaking the bank.

this Krups coffee maker is very simple no frills no programs. and thats why i like. just fill the reservoir with water, put coffee in basket and hit on button. in minutes you have coffee. im a firm believer in making your own coffee and amazed that folks pay five or more bucks for a cup. with this coffee maker you can make fifty cups of coffee for that price. highly recommend

I work from home several days a week and had a small Gevalia coffee maker that I used for years. It was just about perfect! If I filled it to the maximum I could get 2 full mugs of coffee and maybe an extra 1/2 cup to top off the cups with. When that coffee maker finally needed to be replaced I looked for another small coffee maker to replace it.I wanted a coffee maker that used #2 cones, and I use those also for pour over coffee and prefer to use paper filters over the reusable filter the machine comes with. But I also wanted a coffee maker that didn't shut off after an hour or two. I make a pot of coffee when I first get up but sometimes don't get to a second cup until a few hours later.The Krups fit the bill! And, with a slightly larger capacity I can get 3 full mugs of coffee! It's as basic and as simple as it gets. You add water, coffee, and turn the machine on and it does the rest. The only thing that you have to remember is there is no auto shut-off, so you do need to manually shut the machine off when you've emptied the pot or no longer want to drink coffee.My only complaint is to add the water and coffee you have to flip up the lid on top. At first, the lid would stay open but now after just a few months of use the lid refuses to stay open and I have to hold it up while I add coffee and pour in the water. I have resulted to using a bread clip that I use to wedge into the lid to prop it open, which doesn't take away from the function of the machine but it is annoying.

Which by the way blows Mr Coffee out of the used grounds.Wife and I are empty nesters, with a 12 cup maker at least 1/3 goes to waste.In down sizing for $20 more than what we planned on, getting the10 cup, we are actually saving in the long run. with maybe a single cup left depending on the size mug we use.Bold brew option was a plus,auto shut off is not an issue, after 20 minutes coffee will loose the fresh brew flavor and begin to seem perked and burnt.
Neat little coffee maker
Exactly what I was looking for - not too big, looks good, simple to use and a small footprint. The coffee really gets kept hot, the plate stays on for an hour. I had another permanent coffee filter I use, the plastic one included is a little bit on the cheap side. Happy so far!

This coffee maker makes excellent coffee!! Had no issues pouring water into reservoir. Some reviews indicated this as being a problem although the water pours into the reservoir with ease! Used the recommended amount of coffee and it was perfect for us! It does brew a little slower than your average coffee maker although there is a reason for this. Depending on which strength of coffee you choose this will vary. It's obvious that a little more time brews a much better cup of coffee. We have tried multiple coffee makers and always ended up with coffee that was subpar. I would highly recommend this coffee machine!!!

I have purchased this small little coffee maker back in 2020 during the pandemic and I'm still using it 4 years later! It functions perfectly, it has never broken down, extremely easy to clean and no hassle! I have been meaning to post a review for so many years now, but I had forgotten to do it until recently.If you are looking for a small coffee maker that doesn't take too much counter space, looks stylish with silver accent, comes with a re-usable filter, makes quick coffee and is easy to clean, you must purchase this one. You don't even need to think about whether to buy it, it is cheap and will last you years! For the price range, this is definitely a steal.I have attached a photo where it shows how small the coffee maker actually is in comparison to a ninja blender and a coffee mug from Ikea. I have been enjoying this coffee maker and I hope others can do the same. I wanted to mention that this is ideal for one person, mainly if you need a couple of cups on a daily basis. For the size, quality of coffee it makes, functionality and aesthetics, I rate this 5/5!
