I didn't think this would make much a difference for my skin tone. I was wrong. I barely have any discoloration in my under eye area but when I put this around my eyes - my whole face looks brighter! It helps with tired and discolored eyes. It's got a slightly refreshing, tingly feeling upon application. It's smooth and absorbed quickly. No scent. My eyes stay hydrated. It leaves my face a bit sparkly but in an elegant way.

I have been using this product for a month now and I love it. It does not leave my skin feeling greasy. It glides on well and leaves a great glow. I have even noticed a brightness to my eye color! Great quality and absorbency!

I wasn't sure about this product, and am the type that doesn't do much for my undereyes in terms of creams and serums. I develop Milia very easily with most products, so I was super hesitant to add this to my routine; however, it did boast as a highlighter as well, so I figured worst case scenario I'd use it for that. Let me tell you that I'm in loooooooove with this balm. I don't know what they put in it, but it feels so cool on the skin upon application, and even after several hours. I've had to touch my face to make sure it wasn't still wet because it felt so cool, but lo and behold- it was dry and plump. I haven't seen much difference in terms of fine lines (I'm lucky to not have many at my age, yet), but what I have noticed is a color difference. I have ultra fair skin, where you can see my blood vessels on my face in bright blues and purples. This means that my undereye always looks as if I am bruised. For the first time in my life, it's begun to look like regular skin. There is still a blue hue, but it is not dominant, nor is it as apparent as before. I first believed this was due to the shimmering quality of the balm, and attributed it to the reflection of light caused by this, however, even with clean dry skin- and no product- it is still drastically different than before. Also, no milia, breakouts, or irritations on my extremely fair and sensitive skin!! I wish the price wasn't so expensive, but it does seem to last a very long time. Will order another when my tube is finished.

I used to love the discontinued Benefit Ooh La Lift and haven’t been able to find a replacement for years. This is very close in color and consistency. It feels cool and helps de-puff eyes. There is a light pink shimmer, which is good for no makeup days. I find regular concealer too cakey and dry, so this works for me!

Perfect for just waking up, wash your face and easily swipe this under your eyes before makeup or without makeup! It’s absorbent, moisturizing and smells really good! I look less tired which is what a teacher needs! It’s like my under eyes had their morning coffee.

This product is part of my daily makeup routine no matter what my plans are and I have bought it several times. I put it on with a full face of makeup or just along with some mascara to run to the store. I love the lightweight brightening and slight shine without being too much. I have sensitive skin and have not had a reaction to this at all. I love that I can usually grab it on sale here getting it much cheaper than in store. Definitely worth the price!

Tried it and it does have a cooling effect. Slight shimmer but so far I don’t see it helping with dark circles. It seems to be slightly hydrating.

tula is one of my favorite brands for their clean products. this under eye balm is a daily item for me. it feels so good when you put it on and it gives your eyes a nice brightening pick me up
glides on smoothly
I was expecting this product to have a cooling sensation when applied to the under eye area but it doesn't seem to have that. Feels nice on and glides on smoothly
