    I have used several different sleep supplements in the past, but this has been the most consistent in providing great sleep without grogginess.     I have always had issues falling asleep and have run through the gamut of sleep aids. I can’t take anything that has a lot of melatonin because it makes me restless. I was using Luna for a long time but found it was taking me longer and longer to fall asleep and stay asleep. I was on the hunt for something affordable and low on melatonin, so I decided to give this a try and I’m so happy I did. I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I feel better in the mornings like I am getting more deep sleep. Happy customer!

    This was the best natural sleep I have ever tried. It gently helps you fall asleep in about the time it states on the directions. The best thing is I have not noticed any after effects the next morning.However, if your problem is staying asleep all night rather than help in falling asleep then I don’t think this does that.

    I work night shifts and have a tough time falling asleep as well as staying asleep. This has been a savior. Sleep is important for overall health but even more important if you work a job that requires 100% focus the next shift. I can not afford to be tired on the job so sleep is important. I’ve tried SEVERAL products and this was the most effective and most affordable. I highly recommend.

    I am very sensitive to stuff like this if it is real and quality. This product did not help me relax or become sleepy! If this product was 'as described' I would have been knocked out cold! I didn't even get sleepy! Returned for full refund.

    I have been suffering from insomnia...wired and tired. I really wanted something natural and straight melatonin doesn't work for me. It has the opposite effect and I feel like I had coffee. But the mix in this sleep aid actually works perfectly! I would start off with one though. The first night, I was so desperate for sleep that I took 2 and it made me feel sick to my stomach. One does the trick nicely! I definitely recommend trying them.
