5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!!! A Lot Like The Aveeno Eczema Balm BUT With 1% Hydrocortisone!
A very nice medicated 1% hydrocortisone that is also a moisturizing cream/balm. If you have ever used the Aveeno Eczema Therapy Balm (baby or regular), it's a very similar thickness and texture. I was pleasantly surprised because we use and love the Aveeno balm. Now we have this which gives us the added power of hydrocortisone when we need stronger itch relief, especially during dry winters. Great for face and body. I have a tub tucked away everywhere so it's always handy.It's expensive but I submitted it to FSA and got it reimbursed!

I've had severe eczema around my eyes and on my hands since I was a kid. I've used clobetasol (the strongest topical steroid for hands) and triamcinolone the past 10 years, but it is so bad for you in the long run. This has less steroid in it than even hydrocortisone and works way better! I have not used the clobetasol once since buying this product.I use it around my eyes and on my hands to prevent and heal inflammation. I put it on at night under a layer vaseline for my eyes and under a layer of theraplex's thick emollient cream for my hands. In the morning I put it on my eyelids under concealor.The difference around my eyes is the most striking. I look healthy and my skin is so much more comfortable.

Have ordered this several times. Has been the best for itching on legs, arms, etc. The last container I received had some type of grit in the cream. Did not like putting this on my skin. Not sure why the ingredients changed. Can’t buy again.

Was originally given this by my dermatologist for persistent flaky skin in my ear. Decided to give it a shot on my baby's persistent eczema and his patches were gone in a week. This worked much better than the baby specific stuff (Tubby Todd, Honest) that we had tried and also outperformed the prescription strength hydrocortisone by a mile.Crossing my fingers that it keeps working through the winter.

I had very severe eczema on my face and this was the only product that helped it! I have used multiple different over the counter and prescribed ointments and nothing has worked like this. I’ve already repurchased this product over 3 times and will continue to do so! I love it!!

This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist because I wanted something other than my prescription steroids to use during the winter months. I have psoriasis on my elbows, and this product is great for every day use. I’ve been using it on my hands, too, since the weather is getting colder, and so far it has helped keep them from cracking and bleeding, which usually happens to me this time of year! It goes on easily and absorbs in well without leaving any sort of sticky feel, smells nice but not overwhelming. I highly recommend it! Theraplex is usually an expensive product, but I find this jar to be worth it for the relief and how well it works!
