This product is amazing. This is my second time buying this product. I took it for a month and lost More than 20 pounds... I went from 229 to 205. I thought maybe it was in my head bc there was just no way so I didn’t get it the next month and my weight stayed the same fluctuating a few lbs during my period. Then the next month I didn’t buy the pills and I started gaining. And the 3rd month of not ordering Ive ballooned back up to 225. I’m back on the fat burner and noticed that I’m not craving the sweets that I’ve been craving the last few months off of it. When I started them, I craved fruits. I legit ate nothing but fruits and veggies. My husband thought I was crazy. I didn’t know what was happening. I just figured my body must need those things. Who knows. I’ve also noticed that being back on it, I’m less lazy and have more energy. I don’t just lay around in bed when I wake up, I get right up, shower, and start my day. I love this product and I’m so mad at myself for quitting it just “to see if it was the pill” bc now I’m fat as hell again. But from the changes I feel already,it hasn’t been a full week so I haven’t weighed myself yet but I will update, I feel like I did last time I took them. Energy and better eating habits... ummm yes please. I’ll never quit this miracle pill!!!

Below is my initial review, this is my update to that regarding taking 2 capsules vs. 1I find that, for me personally, taking 2 is too much stimulation. It took me about one full week of taking 1 capsule each morning to build a tolerance before I can take two. With two, I do not feel jittery at all BUT the surge of energy made me feel a bit light headed and at times nauseous. My work outs were GREAT and I sweat like crazy which is of course wonderful for burning fat but I didn’t like the “coming down” feeling which is a milder version of an energy crash which I did not get taking only one capsule.Since I avoided drinking caffeine for aprox 3-4 hours after taking ONE capsule I find that I can probably take one and have a small cup of coffee and get a similar effect as taking 2 without the lightheadedness or crash.As of this update I do not see any changes in my body but I feel that those changes will come within the next few weeks.Again this is my personal experience and anyone purchasing this should make their own adjustments.****************************************************I am writing this after taking the supplement one time and these are just my initial thoughts, I will write a second review describing results (if any).Firstly, anyone with caffeine sensitivity should NOT take 2 supplements at once. I have a cup of strong coffee every day, before sugar detox I would also have one or two 8oz Red Bull’s in addition to this so, I have a fairly high tolerance for caffeine and stimulants. Trying this for the first time I decided to take ONE supplement on an empty stomach and within 30 min or so I felt extremely alert. I can’t describe the feeling as jittery but I was definitely energized. I was able to walk my dog, clean up around the home, do laundry and get in a 40 min work out all within 3 hours of taking it. I still have some energy to spare.I believe this is something that will take some time to build a tolerance to and taking two supplements is out of the question at the moment. Hopefully I see results soon.

One thing I will say is that I did not have any negative side effects! I have three separate heart defects so I rarely give diet pills a try as I have to be careful with caffeine intake. It didn't make me feel sick or shaky, I felt completely normal. I'm a pro at intermittent fasting and maintain a healthy diet, so I decided to try these in addition to that and lost about 5lb in a month before I plateaued. I don't typically get hungry so I couldn't tell if this really did suppress my appetite. Unfortunately, the pandemic has me working from home while also managing a small child, so I don't get the time to exercise much. Hence the three-star review on my part since I don't feel like I did everything in my power to see its full potential. I gave up taking them.My husband, on the other hand, works manual labor and lifts 100lb multiple times daily and works out regularly. He decided to take this to shed the extra fat his body wouldn't let go of and to get an extra boost of energy. He did have some negative side effects and these would upset his stomach often. He would have a lot of energy at the beginning of the day and then he'd crash hard by 2pm after taking them around 7am every day. At one point in the first month, he couldn't work out in the afternoons anymore as the crash from the pills knocked him out. They did NOT suppress his appetite but with how many calories he burns on a regular basis, I wasn't necessarily surprised. He did lose a total of 10lb in two months but plateaued. After four months, he gave up taking these as well.I think these have good potential in the short-term, but we wouldn't recommend it long-term as I guess our bodies got used to it.
It works, stick with it!
I love this product! It works if you take it consistently! Absolutely suppresses appetite, it absolutely gives you energy and helps you focus. The first 2 doses may make you feel a bit jittery as though you’ve had a lot of caffeine so I recommend waiting 1/2 hour between both pills. Once your body gets more uses to it then take the pills together. But it works and you’ll start noticing the weight loss a month in. It’s a great appetite suppressor that’s for sure. Love that it provides antioxidants as well! Highly recommend but again, consistency in taking them is key!
Very pleasant raspberry taste.
I drink and enjoy green tea, so I seem to be tolerating these supplements well, why i chose them.I do like the raspberry aspect of them in terms of flavor, makes them much easier to swallow. I have noticed my appetite seems a little lower, I also seem to have a bit more energy too. Obviously I am taking these while going to the gym as well as balancing my food intake. I take these in the morning with my oatmeal and glass of mango juice and/or water when available.
Not good for you
I am very disappointed in this product, the label that they show you on the website is lies, when I received the product the actual label is completely different than the one on the website, it doesn’t tell you it’s bad for you if you have high blood pressure or any cardiovascular issues or does not tell you do not take any other caffeine products with the pills or does not tell you do not take if you have iron deficiency, the label is completely wrong from when you receive the product and I tried to return the product and says none refundable, so 30$ in the garbage 😡😡😡😡😡 very disappointed with the product!,,,
They suppress your appetite
I acquired these pills for a good friend who was recommended a gastric bypass by her GP. She struggles to walk longer distances and does not seem to shed the extra weight. As a fan of green tea and caffeine, I believe they are worth trying to lose weight before surgery. The tub is large, containing 120 capsules. She reported that her hunger sensation feels less intrusive and is fading. She is not experiencing an appetite as much as she used to. I do not believe in easy fixes or magic slimming pills. Exercise, a balanced diet and well-being are necessary for organic weight loss and a happy life. However, these pills seem to have a niche market and are demonstrating appetite suppressant properties, which are brilliant for my friend’s situation and need to abstain from oversized portions. I am delighted with the initial effects.
