    My hair seemed to be getting thinner and my usually strong nails were getting a little soft. These are a pleasing citrus flavor. The gummies stayed soft and chewy for the entire jar and did not dry out and get hard. I have noticed a favorable difference in my hair and nails. I can only think it's helping and I will keep taking them because they contain Collagen and my Dr advised me to take more. I take two each morning with my other vitamins. I have just received my second order and will continue to order from this seller.

    Ughhh—— stuck together. So irritating to get them out. As you can see in the pictures I’m holding them upside down.These vitamins work great. My hairdresser said she noticed a difference in my hair. I had a lot of new growth and length. Not sure if really does much for my nails because I get them done. I’m going to keep taking them and see what happens. Wish me luck!
