I've used a few different pre workouts and i have to say this one is by far my favorite. Who doesn't like grape!!! It's refreshing and not overly sweet. I do add more water about 24oz. but also add my creatine to the mix. still for me taste its perfect like a very lightly sweet grape jollyrancher. So give it a try. It gives great added boost for your workout. The price point is great and it's a well rounded brand with great options. Many of their products hit 10 top reviews on different review sites.

Found this in a supplement review article, for the price, the ingredients are good and hit all the bases (minus creatine, which seems to be disappearing universally recently) I've used it for a week now, flavor is good, I don't remember the sugar content but it tastes a little TOO sweet, initial Beta Alanine kick is good but it wears off pretty quick, as does the overall effect of rhe product. In summary, its not bad, especially at the price point, but I'll look for something different after it's used up.

It's rare to find preworkout under a dollar a serve. It's even more rare that it is put together as well as this one is. I don't think you can find a cheaper product dosed as well unless you starting mixing your own preworkouts.That being said, I wasn't a fan of this one. The flavor is fine, nothing to be amazed over but perfectly drinkable. The downside is that it tended to give me nausea about 30min after taking.The actual workouts themselves were decent. Pumps were good, focus was ok, and endurance was solid. For me the upset stomach during it made it not worth it.On paper this product is great and if you have no digestive issues with it, I would say go for it.

Love this stuff. It really gets me going in the gym, today I hit a deadlift PR after taking this. I mean, holy cow, I only take half a scoop because I have a pretty low caffeine tolerance, but this still really gets you going. The pump, the body feel, the tingling from the beta alanine, you get a really high quality workout after taking this because it just gets your blood flowing. I'm amazed that it costs so little considering you get everything you want from a preworkout mix out of this. My one complaint was the flavor: I got the blue raspberry stuff and MAN is that a strong flavor. I usually dry-scoop my preworkout but even when you dilute it with a ton of water it still has a very strong sour taste. My friends seemed to like the taste after I gave them a scoop but after having taken it a few times I think it's way too strong. Still, I know I'll be purchasing this product again because it's such a fantastic value, I'll just get the unflavored stuff next time. Anyways, this stuff is fantastic for me during weightlifting, and I would 100% recommend it as someone who's tried a lot of different mixes that try to get what this preworkout offers.

this product had a good ingredient profile but the taste is so bad it has a really strong chemical taste that i really struggle to drink if you are someone who doesn't mind the taste and wants the performance then you should try it . its very cost effective compared to other pre workouts overall i would give it a 6/10
