Just for some quick background, I’m a late 20s woman that’s 5’3’’ and weigh 125lbs. I used to be able to eat everything when I was younger, but after I began college, it all went downhill. Consistent diarrhea, constipation, and loose stools became constant problems for me after eating meats and most dairy products. Even certain vegetables would trigger several hours of terrible gas. I first thought it was just the terrible dining hall food but even now years after university, I still have these problems. I’ve never been officially diagnosed with IBS or leaky gut but it sure felt like I had one of those two.Of course, I tried nearly everything under the sun to try and fix these problems. I increased fiber in my diet and took other supplements but nothing ever seemed to really work. But then my friend who loves FarmHaven recommended that I try their Digestive Enzymes product and WOW THIS IS IT PEOPLE! I take a pill before most of my meals and all of my previous symptoms have really improved! My bowel movements are consistent and predictable. Stools look solid and are no longer super runny. I’m no longer as gassy so no more embarrassing “Sorry I need to step out for a second” moments. I’ve also noticed my energy levels have improved. Maybe it’s cause I’m absorbing more nutrients now? It’s seriously INCREDIBLE to freely eat what I want to and not have to worry so much.Why does this stuff work so well? I think it’s the combination of ingredients. There are 10 different enzymes, probiotics, and some herbs that I used to take regularly to help my upset stomach. Most other digestive enzyme products just aren’t as complete and I think that’s the big difference. I also LOVE how these pills are non-GMO and vegetarian friendly.When it comes to the price, these are a great deal. Less than a $1 a day to help you feel amazing and worry free when eating? Totally worth it. If you are still on the fence, GET THESE PEOPLE! I totally plan on continuing to purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars It fixed some chronic stomach issues I've been having.
I've been taking this supplement since the beginning of 2022. In May 2020, my stomach completely changed one night and was never quite the same. I had chronic diarrhea from May 2020 and ongoing issues until January 2022. I went through a colonoscopy, several medications, but still had issues. I couldn't travel, could barely leave the house (covid gave a great excuse to stay home at least). I found this product on sale and on a whim figured I might as well try it. It changed my life and righted me for the first time since the fateful night in May 2020. I take one pill a day with food in the morning, every day. I no longer have gas issues, no longer deal with chronic diarrhea, and stuff that used to upset my stomach no longer seems to. I don't know what about this product sorted me out, but it did. I've "tested" myself and missed a few days to see what happened and I reverted back to the chronic issues and it took a week or two to get "right" again but it was not a fun process as I dealt with some nausea and just not feeling great when getting back on these. I hope this product never goes away because it has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Hopefully I can pinpoint what in this bottle has fixed me.

Overall, this product worked really well for me. I started taking them because I have been havin a lot of bloating issues. My favorite foods tend to make me very bloated and gassy, so I tried these. They helped a lot actually. Tho only con about them is the very strong flavor. As soon as I put it on my tongue it tastes like minty and odd. It’s not too bad though, and definitely bearable. I would recommend trying them.

The ones I take just seemed liked they didn't work and always out of stock so I had to find one that had the same ingredients plus this has all of the L. probiotic that I take separately so I don't have to take those anymore so that is a plus. I started these as soon as I got them 2 days ago, take them with every meal and I can't explain the difference it is amazing. So glad I found these and will keep these in stock from now on. I had Candida which tore up my stomach to GERD, IBS-C, SIBO just a hot mess. My gas and bloating are down, not coughing as much due to acid reflux, got off Prilesec and just refuse to take it, it was making me worse. I'm will give it a few more days then try a trigger food which could still take some time so for now I love these. Will update if anything changes but I highly recommend these digestive enzymes, everyone is so different but doesn't hurt to try. No I was not paid for this review, just my honest experience.

My mom who lives with me had the same issue I was having with stomach bloating, feeling like a full stomach after eating and constipation most of the time. In the past I had I had used enzymes but my favorite brand was out of stock and no where to be found (maybe due to covid). I bought several from Bolo. Enzymedica Basic which did nothing. Source Naturals Daily Enzymes which also did nothing and Doctors Best Betaine HCI Pepsin which worked for a few days and then gave me acid reflux. My mom and I both found FarmHaven to do the trick! We both have been using ever day several times a day for over a month and it still works great. The other benefit is getting rid of constipation. I guess when you are not properly digesting your food, it has problems working its way out. My only complaint is that they do not offer larger bottles with higher quantity instead of one size. We highly recommend.

I have had acid reflux for many years. I was taking prescription meds, but I really wanted to get off those and find something natural. Unfortunately, these enzymes didn't do it for me. I took them for two months, hoping something would kick in cure my problem, but nope. I'm guessing they were probably helpful for gut health but not for the reflux. I was hoping!
