I purchased the "Wood" variety because it was described as having less of a fruity character. This version has more middle and base notes as described, which I can pick up. I cannot smell much by way of zesty fruit notes after a short time despite having a good sense of smell and loads of experience with wine tasting. As mentioned, I really want the middle and base notes which this Intense edt delivers. Women like its masculine smell. I would say, depending on how much is applied, that its aroma stays strong for 2-3 hours and continues to linger in a more subtle fashion for 6 to 8 hours altogether. This is typical for for an edt. If you want a more intense aroma, the perfume, more appropriate for the evening, should deliver its signature aroma for many more hours. I will continue to purchase this and may try some of this brand's other offerings. Great price to value ratio. - JPK

The packaging was amazing, nice bottle, sleek design and quality glass. But the smell was reminiscent of a high end musk. As it dissipates, has better tones but this was the least of my Armaf fragrances. Wouldn’t purchase again, but will wear until it runs out. Definitely a winter fragrance.
