This is a firm, thick mat that is perfect for floor exercises and weight training. I wanted to reorder a 2" thick trifold mat but that product no longer existed and similar products didn't ship to my area. So I purchased this 1.5" mat instead. So far, it has held up great and is very comfortable. It folds down to a more manageable size for storage and is very lightweight. I haven't had any stitching issues as stated in some reviews, but I've only used the mat for low intensity exercise and stretching.

I love this exercise mat. My trainer uses it in her gym and recommended it to me for at home. I was using a yoga mat prior to this but there is no comparison. This is thick, very cushioned, solid and long enough for me to do planks (I’m nearly 6ft). It’s also very lightweight and compact as it tri-folds nicely into one square. It has handles too, so it’s easy to move when not in use.

What a great mat! It weights practically nothing. It folds easily and has handles. It is 1.5" thick. I don't know what the interior material is, but it is good and firm. I didn't want a yoga mat or really any mat that was so flexible it could be rolled. This is a tri-fold. I use it on my couch for PT exercises. It is long enough for tall people and for 5'3" me, I can use one fold at an angle for elevating my head. It is perfect in every way.Getting on the floor is a problem for me, so using this great mat on furniture (couch or bed) is like being on the floor as far as support is concerned. You won't regret this purchase.

This is a good buy! The quality is good, it’s not slippery, has enough cushion for my knees, and is easy to fold and store. Mine does not have a strap but you don’t need one.

This mat is quite firm. I was hoping for a bit softer, BUT it will likely soften with use I'm guessing.I laid on it as soon as I got it, and at 5'6.75", it fits comfortably!The main reason I got this mat is to do floor exercises, but be able to get up OFF the floor without hurting my already damaged knees (I have fallen onto my knees twice in three months, and they both are still recovering). This mat does the trick! My knees don't hurt just getting up. It was the first time in several months that I've been able to get off the floor without pain or help.Color is true to picture. Very nice.There isn't any grippy material on this mat at all. I hope that isn't going to be an issue for me, but if it is, I'll be able to figure out something myself I'm sure.

I was an athlete, including wrestling in college and the Army...I know exercise mats and they come on several grades. They are wrestling mat quality where our mats run $15,000 - 30,000. They are high end foam and durable covering. I would equate these mats to that grade. They cushion yet firm and very comfortable... They may even become my new camping mats...They are well worth the price and have already paid off in the first two weeks of owning them. I bought one for my wife too and she loves hers.... Stretching and working out is much better and easier now than a hard floor.

This tri-fold exercise mat is great! I misplaced my yoga mat because I had to move it from its regular spot for renovations. I did not want to purchase another because if I had, it would have popped up as soon as I received the new one (HAHAHAAHA) When I searched for other workout equipment, I chose this mat. It is thick foam inside is dense and better for stretching on my hardwood floors than a regular yoga mat. The support is nice.

This is the perfect gym mat for your little ones who love doing flips and playing around! It is easy to store as it folds up easy! It is very sturdy and provides a lot of cushion support! I would recommend this for anyone who is getting into acro or gymnastics!

The media could not be loaded. Ottimo tappetino per allenarsi. È comodo il fatto che si pieghi in tre, così risulta facile da riporre. Il materiale interno sembra resistente, ma vedrò con il tempo. Avevo un modello simile che, dopo anni di utilizzo, si è rotto nella parte delle cuciture tra due delle tre sezioni. Spero che questo regga almeno quanto quello precedente.
