Not bad. We needed a simple non-internet connected easy to use video intercom for our one office. I decided on this one and so far it works as it should. Easy to hear people on both sides of the system and is overall loud and clear. The phone handset is OK as it is a bit finicky to hang up and takes a little time to get use to it.For this price I am going to buy a second as a spare.

After 2 days using it there is not sound when you press the doorbell. I read that other customer has the same problem. I am returning it to Bolo. I paid to installed it, I will lost this money. I am very dissapointed.Up date.Technician revised the wires and found thar they were not good,.so he changed they and the Intercom is working fine.I will not return it.
