I have a 70 year old house and the kitchen gets a bit cold in the winter. I plud this in on the outside wall and just let it run at 72 degrees. After about 15 minutes, the kitchen temp is just right. I love this thing.

It gets warm slowly and I love that. When I came home my room was warm and comfortable. Not to hot so I can sleep well every night. The remote could be much better. It’s way too light. It needs buttons one can feel move. I don’t like it at all. I don’t think much thought went into the remote. You all must do something about the remote and please help us by making a real remote this one even feels temporary. The heater is warm but it doesn’t change with the change of the weather. My bedroom is small and the heater doesn’t keep it warm when the weather changes. I had it running 3 days in a row and I expected my room to get warmer and warmer but it didn’t so I returned it.Thanks for readingI was on with a few reps at 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. One of your reps and I don’t know why the particular reps has a job with Bolo. He or she had me waiting so long I didn’t think he was even doing anything but sitting at the desk doing nothing. I want someone to check out the conversation I had with them. All I wanted to know is why my refund went to the gift card. I may have used the gift card once long time ago. This same rep closed the chat all of a sudden. I went to write something and he closed the chat. One chat, the rep but this one went so fast it was over in seconds. Why are they so rude . The rep had me waiting a very long time while he/she just do nothing. That rep made me feel like they were not helping me at all. I felt like he or she was just sitting there waiting until I end the chat. I was waiting close to an hour. I’m sure it’s never too that long to hold on while someone helps me on Bolo chat. I’m so angry because I’m sure he stop the chat without ending the chat. I’m having a hard time dealing with this because I was being as nice as I could because I wasn’t told valuable information as I should have. I shop Bolo which is the only way I shop. I’m still confused as to why he or she had me waiting at least an hour only to get rid of me by not finishing the chat. He was the second rep to stop the chat without finishing the chat. I’m also so angry because I can’t defend myself. . How would they like it if would hang up on them. I’ve got feelings just like those rude rep’s .I would like to chat with a leader of the bunch .

Loved it for small bathroom. Worked as it should. Great price and small enough to fit in socket next to bathrrom sink.You flip it in on right side. There is a power on/off button on the heater. If you want to shut it off, hit the power button and it counts down starting at 1 minute. Set the temperature you want and the heater will stop until it reaches under the set temperaure, then automatically will come on again.Purchased Jan 2022. As of November, it will not function. The light that shows that it's on appears, but no heat blowing. 😔😪🥺😫 And, when my roommate opened it up, they found small piece of it melted. Not safe.Replaced with another one that operates by remote. That one did not work out of the box. Separate review coming!So, love the heater but NO MORE with this style or brand

It’s simple to use. Takes chill off small bathroom on cold mornings. The heater’s cool down cycle is simple, automatic, and safe. Appears to have durable construction - well packed too. 3-prong plug, proper for bathroom use. I’m delighted.

The moment I opened the box I knew this was going to be perfect for my need.I want to use it in a hall bathroom that doesn't get enough heat from the furnace. My only concern was having enough room at the combination wall plate. It has two switches on the left and a double GFCI outlet on the right. I read that this heater's plug rotated so I bought it.What I didn't know is that the plug only rotated 90 degrees in one direction - for me, the wrong direction. Luckily, I found that the unit fit vertically still allowing use of the switches. PERFECT!

This product works great for the heat, however there is a concern over safety. The device started to turn brown and flake. When I scraped at it, it flaked off easily.I've had this since Nov 2023 and normally don't have the heat setting higher than 78. Also, I'm in NC so don't use it year round.

Compact so easy to storage when not in use. Decent amount of heat in my bathroom for when I step out of the shower. While it takes a bit of time to set to my preferred temperature on the heater or on the remote, it's a great little heater for the price.
