This Daily Nutra seems to be working on my high stress levels...though being a full time caretaker and working provides an incredible amount of daily stress. Throw in being perimenopausal, with (most likely) high cortisol and its pretty tough to gain harmony and peace. Daily Nutra is helping me regain some mental balance, slow anxious thoughts, and I think its restoring my monthly cycle as well. I often have insomnia (waking up during my sleep cycle) and Daily Nutra is minimizing how long I stay awake and my brain no longer feels as alert at night. I am gaining some great benefits and will continue to take this. It is a quality product and I will get my boyfriend to start taking it for his high anxiety and fractured sleep.

I am 40 and started having bad night sweats, headaches almost every day, and hot flashes during the day. I've also got some weight in my lower belly that I can't seem to shed. So I went on the hunt for hormone balancing supplements. I bought this a month ago. Literally just took the last pill today. (There were a few days that I took 3 during my cycle). Within the first week all of my symptoms were alieviated. No more headaches, no more hot flashes, and no more night sweats. The extra weight didn't go anywhere at all, though. I guess I just have to work harder on that. Over all, I think this helped with my initial issues. If I can't find anything else to work as well, I'll come back and order another bottle.

I have bought a couple different hormone supplements on Bolo. This is another hormone supplement that works very well. If you are experiencing extreme mood swings, low energy, cramping or bloating right around your menstrual cycle. You must take this supplement every single day, but you will notice if you do take it daily prior to your next cycle That your overall mood and energy level will be extremely different and to be honest since I’ve started taking hormone supplements, I will never go without them again because it does make that much of a difference with your mood and how are you overall feel when it’s that time of the month.

I used for a long time another hormone balance brand but it wasnt available and Bolo show me this brand. I had being using it since then and I feel great. I subscribed for automatic replacement which is good!

Everyone is different and react differently to various vitamins and supplements but these did me dirty. I took them for almost a week and I couldn’t take it anymore. It just kept giving me headaches. I had to stop. I can’t speak to their effective for hormone balance unfortunately.

I’ve purchased this product a few times now, and with consistent use I’ve noticed a balance in my periods, better moods, and a little bit of weight loss. I definitely recommend giving it a try. I would suggest taking it longer than a month though to see the true results though. It’s now on my auto delivery 🤩
