Love this stuff. I add a TBSP along with a TBSP of instant coffee to hot water and just add hot water as I drink it down. Makes a delicious coffee chocolate drink. Got some for my mother and she loves it as well.

I drink hot water cocoa (cocoa powder, water, organic stevia extract) every day, and I finally decided to give unroasted cacao powder a try. I like this brand, because their products are well packaged, well labeled (including country of origin in this case), and organic. And this cacao powder appears to be of good quality. But it does NOT have the rich fullness of flavor you get with roasted cocoa powder. So if you are thinking of substituting this in beverages (or possibly baked items) that normally require roasted cocoa powder, you might want to think again. It has a pleasant taste, but it does indeed taste raw versus roasted.
