Of course when the pandemic hit in March 2020, my previous automatic soap dispenser stopped working. There were slim pickings at that point, so I bought this one to replace it. It gets all day everyday use in our only bathroom and a family of four for the past 2-1/2+ years. I never cleaned it out periodically and I'm paying for it now. It's clogged. I got it unclogged enough for thin liquid, but not my thicker soap, so I just ordered a second. Once it arrives, the old will go out of commission while I try to clean it out better. It'll be nice having a backup anyway since I have the holder plate mounted. I use rechargable batteries in it and I recommend routine cleanings to avoid my predicament.

The dispenser seams to be well made and worked as described at first. eventually it clogs and will not supply soap. You can empty it into a bowl or something else and run water through it and get it to work again but you will have to do this about once a week. Expected more got less. I would not recommend this product.

Easy to install, easy it put together & easy to use. The unit takes a couple of swipes to get the soap to come out, after that it’s working great! It is being used in a very busy medical/ therapy clinic, a plus about the unit is it’s not super sensitive, so it doesn’t randomly dispense without a hand under the unit. So far so good!!

got two of these for the bathrooms at work. they worked great at first but the thicker soap we used got clogged up in the nozzle found a thinner soap and it works great now!

Bought 4 of these dispensers for our manufacturing plant to dispense hand sanitizer for the back to work initiative. It works great with thicker sanitizer. The very thin liquid sanitizer ran through it too quickly using too much product. We went to a slightly thicker product and it works great now.

It’s pretty good at beginning, or the first 3 months. However, it broke after that. The nozzle is not stuck, the batteries still have power, it just won’t squeeze out the soap!

Day 1: easy to install. It took awhile for soap to dispense but so far, so good. Didn’t realize I couldn’t adjust the flow. Bummer. Pray it won’t die down the road!Day 2: doesn't work consistently. sometimes if I push the power button I get soap. Other times I don't. It would be embarrassing to explain to guests how to get soap before they use the bathroom. Really disappointed. Now I have 2 holes in my wall I have to fix!!!

Crap product, soap leaks out of dispatching valve
Just installed these soap dispensers in our clinic, filled with soap and closed the doors. Suddenly after an hour when went back inside, whole soap was on the floor and dispancers were empty. All three with same issue the only difference is of amount of soap leaked from each.Don't buy this crappy cheap quality product. Better to pay a bit more and buy some good known and reputable brand product.

Eats batteries
At first glance it seems to be everything I wanted. Unfortunately even with low use at the wash sink in the mud room it went through batteries like crazy. Be prepared to change the batteries at least once a week in this unit. If it wasn't for that it would get 5 stars but the cost to keep batteries in it gets it one star.
