Get this if you BBQ, grill, smoke, or like to cook and eat meat! It is easy to use. It works quickly. It also comes with 2 other tricks, it's magnetic so you can stick it on your fridge, and it has a chart on the back to remind you of when meet is done. This will not be the last one I buy.

Especially since I didn't think for that the moment I opened it, washed it off & planned to immediately use it...Secondly, this thing works great and only takes a few seconds. The read has always been accurate for me!Third, I love how easy to clean it is, how it can fold in to maximize storage space in my kitchen drawer, and how bright it is that I can always see it when I really need it.Highly recommend!
