The INIU Portable Charger has quickly become one of my favorite tech purchases. With a massive 20000mAh capacity, it’s powerful enough to charge my phone multiple times before needing to be recharged itself, making it perfect for long car trips or days out when you're away from an outlet. The fast charging capabilities (thanks to PD 3.0 and QC 4.0) are excellent. I can charge my phone quickly, which is a huge plus when I’m in a rush or need to recharge something while on the go.What I love most about this charger is its versatility. The multiple ports (USB-C in and out, plus standard USB-A) allow me to charge multiple devices at once, which is great for when the kids need to charge their tablets or phones. It’s become a family favorite, and honestly, my kids use it more than I do!The LED display is also a nice touch, providing clear information on the remaining charge so I always know when it’s time to plug it in. It's sleek, portable, and well-built, and I’ve actually bought a second one for my wife because we both love it so much.For the price, you’re getting incredible value, especially considering how fast, sturdy, and reliable it is. I ordered one of these last year before a trip to Europe to replace old power banks that could barely charge my newer phone. This one charges my phone faster than my regular fast charger and will charge it about 3-4 times over, and can plug in 3 devices at a time. It saved us many times in Europe and now I still use it regularly and keep it in my purse at all times. It takes a while to charge it but it's worth it for how much it can charge on the go and I appreciate the battery level display. Also holds it's charge for a long time when not used, so it's always ready to go. Can't wait to try the new smaller version, my friends are often borrowing it so I could use a couple more of these!

Used two15000mah power banks during a recent power bomb storm which my power was out for 2 days. After that I decided I needed a 20000mah to chg my phone and tablet during the next power outage so that I can surf Internet, text and play games so I won’t be so bored. Read a lot of comments on different Power Banks and the one that stood out in reliability and power was this Anker Power Bank. It’s a little heavy in weight but that’s to be expected for the 20000mah. It charges my iPhone 14 Pro Max in about an hr. I did notice that it’s slow charging the Power Bank itself and so I called Anker to see what they suggested. I ended up purchasing the Anker USB C cord and also the Anker Charger and I noticed the Power Bank charges up pretty quick. Bought all 3 items on Bolo because of good pricing and fast shipping. Highly recommend!

I've had it for 2 weeks, and been using it in a trip. It really holds a lot of charge, but not the 5 cycles I've seen in other comments. In my experience with an iphone 15 pro, the powerbank is good for 3 charges.If I use the USB-C cable (not included), it's really fast. With the cable that comes with it, it takes a long time.Love that it comes with a little bag and love the flashlight.It's really heavy, really sturdy.

A friend of mine had one of these and when I saw it in action, its durability, and how many charges it handled, I added it to my cart. Even though I saw it live, now that I used it, I think it's a little heavy if you need to carry it around while doing other things, if you only depend on the cable it brings, which is pretty short, you can't put the INUI on a purse or a pocket, and you have to hold both things on one hand, and it's heavy after a couple of minutes. I recommend using it with the iPhone cable that's longer.

Bough this unit in April of '22, and have used it occasionally, mostly for backpacking trips and other travel. Plenty of charge to go around. On 5 day trips in the back country using this unit to recharge my phone (mostly on airplane mode, and sparingly utilizing GPS apps), Garmin inReach, and headlamp, it only ever got down to ~70% charge! This prompted me to buy the smaller, lighter 10k mAh INIU bank for backpacking use instead, and reserve this 20k mAh one for conventional travel.This unit was pretty reliable for the past 2.5 years. No swelling like other banks I've used in the past. However, within the last month, the in/out USB-C port and one of the USB-A ports began to fail intermittently, and then finally failed altogether. I reached out to INIU support, and described the problem, and they were very prompt and responsive about honoring their warranty & shipping a replacement unit. This has been a very positive customer service experience for me. I continue to use and enjoy all three of my INIU products, and will absolutely consider them again in the future if I need additional power bank products, as well as recommend them to friends.
