5.0 out of 5 stars surpassed expectations
(function(){ P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function'){ A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })() I bought these so that I’d have easy shoes that I didn’t care about necessarily getting destroyed for a hike, climbing waterfalls, and zip lining during vacation. Not only did I get lots of compliments on how they looked, they were comfortable and held up. The grip factor was impressive. Scaling slimy waterfalls, I felt safe. Then going through rivers and the ocean while zip lining, they stayed snug and didn’t get sloppy loose like cheap water shoes tend to do.They’re such a good water shoes, that instead of leaving them behind like I thought I would, I’m making sure I pack them and taking them home for continued use!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for river tubing
I bought these for a summer of tubing on the Guadeloupe River in central Texas. They worked wonderfully. They fit as expected, did not feel heavy at all, drained really quickly, and were actually comfortable enough for walking between the 2nd and 3rd crossings. Also, these shoes were very stable and "grippy" when I had to walk across slippery rocks in various parts of the river. To clean them, I removed the removable inner sole, and threw the shoes and inner soles into the washing machine along with towels. Then let them air dry. After five separate days of river tubing over the course of the summer, they honestly look as good as new.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good value
Fit is good. They are very comfortable. Only question I have is about their durability. That is something time will tell. At this point I find it a good value and would buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Husband loves them
Got these for our honeymoon cruise. Love the way they look! They’re very light weight. Id say lighter than a sneaker and water comes out of them pretty easily. They have good traction and are very comfortable. We played basketball and volleyball on our cruise in them and walked around 2 islands. Id say as far as durability so far so good. They do take a while to dry tho.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great value
Great fit, durable, good price. You will pay 2x for other popular brands and they will not be as good.
5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and extremely functional
I’ve had these everywhere the beach, rafting, river floats, lake, poolside, water parks. Anywhere you wouldn’t want wet tennis shoes, also have great traction on the sole. Name brand competition are probably 2-3 times higher in price. Will purchase again.
3.0 out of 5 stars Watershoe Warrior
These watershoes arrive nicely packaged in a resealable pouch bag that's great for storage during travel. Thry have a great color and fit true to size. The thick soles are great for walking on rough surfaces and was great for a day at the water park walking through the crowds and getting off the slides in the splash pools. The only drawback that really pulled the scored down was the heel of the shoe scraped against the back of mine causing the skin to burn raw and now I have a sore spot. Unfortunately I won't risk wearing them on a long day of use, but they're great for short uses only. I hope the company that makes the shoes redesigns the backing of the shoe. Otherwise a solid water shoe.
4.0 out of 5 stars Runs a little big
They run a little long in my opinion but they are still good. Reliable and fast drying. The sole is actually that so it takes a bit to dry but the sides dried for me in seconds. Came in a sturdy zip lock type bag and that makes transport easy. They are really sturdy considering you can smush them into any space and still have them feel good on foot.
Gran calidad-precio
(function(){ P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function'){ A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })() Los he utilizado en tres expediciones hasta ahora. Una en la playa. Otra en un río (8 horas de hiking en rocas filosas) y en la selva. La verdad son muy cómodos. Se lavan fácil y son súper resistentes. Además se ven geniales.
Provide good grip, rock protection, and shed water quite well.
PSP - price, shipping, packaging were great.DESIGN - the fit is a bit big. I wear 8.5 or 9, and these (8.5) are a little too big, which leaves more space for water and reduces grip. The laces do not offer much tightening as the side fabric stretches. The insole has no holes, and the sole is slightly cupped so they do hold a little water. Otherwise comfortable and appear strong enough for moderate use.FUNCTION - Grips boat deck and paddle board surfaces well, while protecting foot from sharp rocky surfaces. Dry well, although the insole dries faster if removed. Easy to slide on, easy to swim with.I could recommend these easily. Excellent price for a good design that functions quite well. But if you want a snug fit for grip in active sports, consider ordering the correct size.(For me down one size of my normal USA shoe size.)
Ideal for a shingle type beach
Used them everyday on a recent holiday on the South Coast. They made walking easy over the shingle and didn't impede my swimming. Easily washed and dried.
sole
sole is quite heavy as expected *( sole is rubber), but all are OK for sailing and water sport
Really comfortable
Really comfortable, size runs a little large though
