I love the picture. I love the color. I love the fit, but I don’t love that. It didn’t have the option for a middle post. It only had feet that were at the end of each side of the TV. So I had to buy the middle feet to fit on my table.The remote and the programming in the TV is quite a challenge to get used to. But all around I’m very pleased and I would recommend anyone that wants to get a very good TV for a very good price.

But... I had carefully re-packaged and obtained a refund because... Website does not provide enough pre-purchase information. I even downloaded the so-called Manual that I regard as useless because it doesn't provide any info that is much better than the setup guide. I was looking for a rear diagram to check for RCA Jacks Audio output needed to operate my wonderful SennHeiser remote Headset that I require to hear TV because I am partially deaf. Otherwise I have to turn TV volume up so loud it vibrates the walls and my wife can't sleep. My 20 year old Insignia TV include red and white (right and left jacks) for audio output. This set does not, so I boxed it up for Bolo free return. I then went and checked other boxes at Walmart and Sam's Club and the rear panels are all the same. No RCA Audio Output. A little trap door marked "Optical Audio Digital Output" caught my eye. Audio? I check on Bolo and happy days! Doubly so because 40 inch sets are as rare as Hen's teeth, while 43 inch is too big and won't fit in my room; I find a Converter Cable that converts Optical to Analog RCA Audio at a very reasonable price. I complain loudly at the difficulty of finding good-quality 32-40 inch TV's as marketing strategy is always more, more, more, bigger and bigger. Where does it end? 200 inch TV's at 64K Resolution? I need help to be physically boosted into my Son-in-Law's Pickup Truck. I guess I've been stuck in a 20 year old time warp. I order the Cable, again, unbox this Samsung Unit and Voila! It works great! Cancel my return! Picture and Sound, (for my wife, who can hear a Cockroach fart), are very good. She listens to TV speakers at low volume while I listen separately on my Headset. Sound is so good it's like I'm a teenager; hard of hearing has melted away! I would subtract a star if it weren't for the fact that all the TV manufactures are all the same-manual is mostly useless, RCA Jacks a thing of the past. I blame myself for looking to the past, ignorant of the present. OH well - all's well that ends well.

I returned a popular smart tv that had a problem with audio synch that could not be fixed by calling the manufacturer. I carefully repacked in the original box. Bolo return policy is excellent. I then ordered thisi Samsung model and saved $40. This Samsung has a much better picture quality and overall much better than the brand I returned to Bolo. Before setup, have your wifi password available. Setup is a little tricky. Carefully go thru the steps. Don’t rush. During the setup you can add apps to the preloaded lineup. You can select Hulu, Utube, travel and others to the standard lineup that are listed when you push the home button on remote. During setup you have to setup a Samsung account which I found annoying. They strongly encourage you to get an app for your phone that cost me $20 and found it to be of little use since my iphone mirroring feature did more. Do not get it, its a waste of money. Somewhere on the main menu look for a sub menu that has apple play option and switch to on so your iphone mirroring will work. Also there is a smartcast setting that may work with android phones. Phones must be using same wifi as tv. I had a problem programming the xfinity cable box remote for tv volume/power control. I moved the cable box from blocking the lower right corner of the tv and it worked. The Samsung remote has large number keys prominently displayed at top of remote that you rarely use while some of the often used keys are smaller and not well placed. There are a,b,c,d colored buttons that seem to have no function. In settings for picture and audio control there are a few choices for preset settings. You cannot select individual color, brightness, bass, treble etc. I was ok with the picture selections but would like to add more bass to the sound but cannot. Overall, its a very good smart tv at a great price. Update. After almost 2 years still a great tv. Recommend getting a Roku streaming device with TV controls ($40) for easier and faster use than the Samsung remote.

The media could not be loaded. I had recently had to replace a TV that had issues. I've always been a fan of Samsung. I bought a 4K. Not this. I have to say, worst sound and experience. When I saw this one and read the reviews I immediately purchased and ditched the 4k. This TV is exactly what addicted me to Samsung. The picture, the sound PERFECT. I was quite surprised that newer and fancier is a disappointment and I pray Samsung continues in the future to produce this style. Totally user Fri where other took forever it seemed to set up. Highly recommend this TV. Perfect size in bedroom without eating up all kinds of space. Verrrrrrry happy. Don't hesitate. Really glad I didn't.

It's a good tv but with one flaw. The optical sound volume control does not work.I ordered a sound bar for Bolo for this tv. The sound bar is only connective via optical. I wired it up and powered it up. But the tv would not allow me to change the volume level up or down.I then spent an hour on the phone with samsung support about my tv not being able to respond. After that he indicated that I had a broken tv.I just bought this tv a week ago. I am very disappointed.It's going to cost me $20 for a tv shipping box to get it back to Bolo and it's not my fault.

This little tv was purchased to give my parents an easier tv to operate and enjoy. Pairing it to cable was a little difficult but in a short amount of time we were up and running. Very good picture for a budget tv.
