The sellers listed the measurements properly, but these really aren't big enough for adults - they are more fitting for teenagers.The quality is decent but not great, and I found adult sized ones at Walmart for $1.99 each that were significantly better quality.

These hats are for toddlers although they clearly say adult hats. Bought a few for some adults and they couldn't fit but fit my 3 year old. I was so disappointed 😞

I tried this on today and could barely get it on my head. Its so tight and uncomfortable, I wont wear it. Ill let the kiddos wear them, but they are a little big on them. I would say these fit a tween.young teen the best!

Good value but come up small
These hats fit me and my 4 year old son but no one else in our family!! Plus 2 of the 8 hats had the top white fluffy pompom off which was a shame, although not a big deal when no one can wear them anyway!
