I avoided buying this because it has the same softening agent as seventh generation softener (which doesn’t work well and I really dislike). But this softener is fantastic. It is much more concentrated than the seventh generation, so maybe that is why it works so well. This 365 softener smells much better too - it has a natural, mild lavender mint scent (which doesn’t really last through the drying, which is normal for essential oils). If you’re looking for something without a heavy scent and without a waxy, heavy feel, this is it.

I love this product I only wish it smelt a little more minty, it’s pretty subtle but I still love it. You definitely have to wait and use it on the last rinse cycle or else the clothes won’t smell at all

I LOVE this product - it smells so good .It’s overpriced IMO so I usually buy a similar fabric softener.

rinses out well I have hard water and find using a second rinse for adding the softener gives better results since the detergent gets rinsed out more fully. I also don't skimp on how much to use, I put 2 or even 3 caps in with large to extra large loads. The scent is not really noticeable when wearing the clothes which is good because I don't need my clothes heavily perfumed even with natural scent.

This natural version of fabric softener promised a lot. However if you have allergies or sensitivity to scents; choose another product! The smell is very strong and intense 🤧🙊🤫 We had never smelled lavendat this strong and we're unable to find any takers, even for free.Ended up diluting it 3:1 with water to use up bottle. Returning to totally unscented Downy.

Love this softener! Not a great value, but I use it for loads that have a lot of clothes that must be hung up to dry and will not be softened in the dryer with sheets. Softly scented and all natural.
