5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and stylish
I got a deal on these for 22$, damaged box return resold to me. Worth the original price nonetheless. Sized slightly bigger for me, 1/2 size, just double socks. Not waterproof, a spray will do I suppose. They are light, stylish, you really can’t tell they are protective toes unless you really investigate. I’m trying different brands and this is one to certainly try, only had these for 2 weeks, seem to be pretty well puncture resistant as I have a high percentage of screws coming through the soul in a factory setting. Worth a try
4.0 out of 5 stars Super comfortable, but has a lot of flaws.
I wore these shoes for long time before writing this. These sneakers are very comfortable and lightweight. Almost no "break in time." You barely notice you're wearing a steel toe shoe. Easy to slip on and off. To me, they are accurate to size.I did take the insoles out and put in Dr Scholls insoles. The steel toe piece can move around in the shoe. I have to kneel down a lot for my job, and the steel toe piece often moved around doing this, causing me to have to stop and readjust the steel toe slightly to keep walking. The adjustable laces need to be readjusted often. The laces lock doesn't stay in place very well, so you'll notice they become looser and looser and you'll need to retighten them. They are NOT non-slip. I don't need non-slip for my job, so it doesn't bother me, but they certainly aren't going to stop you from slipping. They only lasted for about 6 months for me before they starting falling apart. The inside materal wore away where the heel is, there are small holes in the top fabric. Sure, it's fixable if you have shoe repair stickers, but even with those, the wear & tear is a lot for only wearing them for 6 months.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
No need to break them in. Very comfortable and light
3.0 out of 5 stars Very flimsy and uncomfortable.
Purchased these to work a temp job in a factory. There is literally no support for your feet and they are very narrow ( I have slender narrow feet, I’m a skinny petit girl). They gave me blisters on the sides of my feet. I tried adding insoles, but that didn’t help. The sole is made of strange rubber but needs to be more compact and supportive. I would save these are fine for a temporary shoe but I wouldn’t wear them everyday. The quality of the materials makes me question if they would actually protect my feet during an accident. Slip resistance is questionable. I’m not sure if they are waterproof. The color was correct and they do not look bad! I did not wear them long enough to test the durability but from the quality of the material I highly doubt they would last very long! These will work in a pinch but not a great value for money!
5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality for the price
Very happy with these. Super light weight. Steel toe not composite but super comfy. Don’t hurt my feet after my shift. Very good value for the price..plus they’re kinda cute
2.0 out of 5 stars Not slip on, extremely hard to get on your feet.
These shoes do not slip on, the mouth of the shoe is small. The heel portion of the shoe collapses when inserting toes and it sits under your heel and makes it impossible to pull up while in the standing position. You have to be seated because your weight keeps the back firmly under your heel. There are no slits where the tongue of the shoe is located so that you can slide your foot completely in and adjust.Once you've put your toes in, it's takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes to get the shoes on due to this poor design. The loop on the heel that usually helps with pulling the heel up is so small that I couldn't even get a pinkie finger in it to use. I don't have large hands but I had to use a sturdy pen through the loop to pull and tug to get the heel portion around the entire foot. A lot of effort is required while seated. This process it extremely frustrating and I've done this now several times and it hasn't become any less time consuming.Once the shoes are on, because the entry to the shoe is so small, the fit is tight and causes the top of the foot to ache relatively quick. Maybe this will ease as the shoe is broken in, but I've worn them twice now for several hours and it hasn't yet. As for comfort level while walking, there isn't much padding internal or arch support, so if you use these in an industrial area you will have sore feet by the end of your first day with these on.With an overall poor design and low comfort level for industrial work, this prevents me from recommending or buying from this company again. You get what you pay for and the only good thing about these are that they are inexpensive.
5.0 out of 5 stars Shoe is comfortable with the insoles I buy
Like the steel toe and puncture resistance
4.0 out of 5 stars the concept is good
i like the idea of the pull up shoes. Unfortunately is to narrow for the feet to slide in easily (i don't have wide feet. The cushion is not comfy enough to wear this shoes in a construction site all day long. When i received the shoes i felt the package a little to heavy, but when i tried them they felt light weight, so this is a good point. The steel toe box is wide enough for my feet size. color was as describe and and the same as the picture.i returned the shoes cause it didn't meet all the things that i been looking in a composite shoe for work
