I love having shelf stable milk that can be used alone (with cookies!) and in recipes. The cost per gallon is roughly equal to grocery store milk. The powder dissolves easily if a whisk or electric blending devise is used.

I have used many types of powder milks; this so far is the best tasting nonfat dry milk I have used. No bloating or stomach issues with this milk. A++++++

Easy to make. Don't use too much but if you do, use that as your mix to make more I'm another picture. It stays great in the frig made up, up to a week. It's never been there after a week. I make it in 2 quart picture with lid. Only my mk picture. Scrub picture fir milk only Container well. Air dry extra by a window open in my case after drying with a rag. It eased my mind that way the first two times I made it. But not now. It's mix and drink. I use the Skim .ilk in everything from pudding, chocolate milk, cereal and the most in my tea latter.Great product. You make so much with just this one bag I am reviewing.

I ordered this thinking that it would be a better product than other competitors. The product is okay, but it is very difficult for it to easily dissolve in water. it may dissolve better in hot water, but I only use room temp water and it does not dissolve well. And considering that the price is much higher than other competing products, I will not buy this again. The product is good, but its use is difficult.

I'm a tea drinker and having a consistently good cup of tea while traveling is very hard. I finally decided to try a milk powder to avoid so many hassles about milk, refrigeration, work meetings, etc. This milk powder tastes just like the skim milk I use in my tea. It's a little tricky to mix in, but I find that if I stir together the sugar and milk powder before adding hot water, it really makes it stir in much easier. Hope this helps some.

I rarely use milk but need it for when I cook. This is perfect for me. Easy to use just follow the instructions, dissolves pretty easy and fast, apparently this is good quality but I haven’t tried others to compare.
