This is a sturdy easy to install mirror. Love the magnification, size and classic black color. It tucks away nicely to the wall when not in use. Even bought one for my husband because he was always using mine!

My husband installed this just the other day. It is very nice, sturdy, and functional. There is no "suction" that I am aware of. It mounts by screwing it to the wall. I think it would be too heavy for suction installation. Love the two sided mirror and it works great. No "fun house" mirror here. Love it

Updating my bathroom and wanted to have a magnifying mirror outlined in black to compliment my other black items i.e mirror and light fixture. Nice size, really does a great close up.I like that you can move this mirror in different directions as well as up and down and place tightly against the wall when not in use. Good price for this product.

My bathroom is not suitable for a mirror facing the main mirror (wall is too far away), so I needed a way to mount a mirror behind my head so I can see a short haircut back there. I had a spare heavy-duty video tripod, so I purchased a cool photography clamp here and this mirror and I was able to position it exactly where I wanted it. The clamp goes around the base that normally attaches to the wall. I would have mounted this on the sloped ceiling, but as I suspected the joints are not stiff enough to hold the mirror in position when hanging down. It wasn't designed for that. So this way I can use it in a normal position, just not attached to a wall. Works great!

Good mirror - install tricky/short screws
Mirror is ok. Functions as described. Install was a bit tricky as the mounting screws were a bit too short for the caps to screw on tightly. The trick I found was to leave the mounting plate a bit loose so that the screws stick out a bit farther. That gave enough teeth for the top screw cap but still not the bottom. If I played around with it more I can probably get the bottom screw cap on securely as well. It's in place and functions as it should. It's ok.
