I have tried and used SO many different setting powders, from expensive high end to drug store brands, and this is by far my favorite I have ever used. It's light weight, doesn't feel heavy on my skin, disappears into my skin, sets my foundation and concealer, and best of all it does not settle into the lines under my eyes and get all creased and dry-looking! I use every single time I wear makeup and the container lasts forever. It's a little bit on the messy side; a little powder comes out even when the lid is tightly on, but that may be because I store it on its side. I have combination skin; super dry spots but then I get very oily over the course of the day. Overall, this is an amazing product, and I am so happy I found it. Highly recommend.

This is the only setting powder I'll use. It's affordable and looks just as good if not better then the $60-$90 high end products. With make up changing and so many new products coming out constantly, I stick to what works. And ELF never disappoints me! ❤️

This is a great setting powder but it gives you more of a matte look with very little glowy finish. I will say that it’s very easy to top off with highlighter afterwards to get some of that glow back, unlike some setting powders that refuse to allow any ounce of dewy glow be visible on your skin. It’s a great product for sure, just not quite what i had expected.

I never used a setting powder before this that I actually loved. Tried the makeup forever translucent and it was ok. Used NYE’s for under the eyes setting of concealer and it got to be too much once I turned 40, it made makeup settle into my lines too much, dried my under eye too much and aged me. Found this elf powder and I fell in love!!! One complaint is I cannot tell when I’m running out. Hard to tell what’s left in the container, but other than that it’s amazing! Highly recommend!! I just end up keeping an extra one on hand so I don’t run out ;)

The powder is nice and has good coverage. The container is less desirable. Once the powder comes up the holes it won't go back down. So this means your always dealing with a lot of powder on the brush, which I don't have time for in the morning so I will be looking for something else.

My 16 year old neice let me borrow her powder this summer..we went to a barbecue it was like 101 degrees...when I tell you my make up was set ...and it doesn't leave a dry cracked look under the eye . I'm 58 so I need something to smooth me. Also when you use the elf dewy setting mist it meets on your face just get it

As a senior, it works for me!
I don't want to put off younger people by saying it works for a senior, just want to be helpful to the older ones!I usually don't wear foundation or powder, just a bit of makeup on cheeks, lips and eyes. Felt like having a change, as my aging skin looks a bit dull. After some research, decided to try this, and I really like it.I bought the Light Pink and it does add the most subtle bit of brightness, and the sheer tint somewhat neutralizes my tendency to sallowness. Imperfections (of which there are many, lol) are smoothed out, or maybe that's partly my wishful thinking. There's no powdery, made-up look - it's pretty much invisible. It lasts well through the day. My face is still saggy, which is not hideable, but I definitely feel I look 'better' - yay!A note: my eyes are very sensitive, and fluffing this on with a puff or brush doesn't work for me, as it's impossible not to get some in my eyes. (I'm not saying it's irritating to the eyes, just that mine don't tolerate anything.) So what I do is tap some of the powder into the lid as directed, and use a finger to apply. I gently dot it on my face and then smooth it out, checking with a magnifying mirror to make sure it's even, with none left showing. Bonus: this way I can concentrate on where I want it most.
