THey were super cute and fun but didnt last long! The string on the rod would rip and the plastic things attached to the rod would pop up ! but we just tied a knot and poped the things right on again. They didnt last long! After we just threw it away.

Arrived very quickly, the packaging was very good, nothing was broken or damaged. My 2 yr old grandson loved every toy in the collection. The fishing pools are magnetic and really work like a rod and reel. The fish have tiny magnets so they attach/“get caught” very easily. Even the adults enjoyed catching fish with him. There are a nice variety of fish, they are very colorful, with no rough or sharp edges. He played with these toys all day. At the end of the day, clean up was a breeze. None of the items had holes so that water was trapped inside, so all was simply dried off. No drip dry so nothing was left outside to get stepped on or blown away. There was one fish that got missed and wound up in the pool skimmer. It was intact and did not cause any damage. Great pool toy at a great price. Highly recommend.

It's a really nice toy for small kids, easy to clean and to store away in the bag it comes in, only down side on this is that the fishing poles are very delicate and come apart fairly easy but can be put back together and also the magnet is not strong so it can be a bit difficult to get the fishes, but overall it's really good especially for price.

Got these for our 2 1/2 year old nephew. Think they would work for a significant range of developmental stages.I figured the fishing pole might be a little too hard for a kid his age (too much fine motor control), but he did actually use it (in water) with a little help. For kids learning or already able to swim, they could be fun to go retrieve from around the pool.He mostly enjoyed using the included nets to scoop the fishes out of the water from the steps of our pool. Everything floated well. You can easily pull them under the water, then release and they will sort of flutter up to the surface which gives a nice lively effect. The storage bag was super handy and even works as a net to scoop them up from the water when you're done playing.I got the smallest set ("large"), and there was plenty of variety. They are brightly colored, with lots of different animals represented; although not exactly the ones that are pictured. The kid recognized some of the animals, some were new to him, and he definitely had a handful of favorites.Not amazing quality, but it really didn't matter. The fishes each have a small phillips head screw in them which acts as the magnetic anchor; I tightened one that was slightly loose on arrival. Also had to re-tie the worm on the end of the fishing rod that came loose during play. Because of that I would recommend no unsupervised play with these, but we were doing that anyway because water.Adults also had a little fun using the fishing rod in water while the kid played.Overall, great fun for the price.

I have already returned two sets of these for the fishing poles breaking, The first set of magnets fell out of the tips of the fishing poles after like one week, And then I got a replacement set and now one doesn’t even reel up anymore after you catch a fish.. My kids are three and one so maybe your kids need to be a little bit older to play with this and be a little bit nicer. Otherwise it will be trash after a couple weeks…

This would be a five star review if I was only basing it on colors and mold resistance. I think the quality of the fish are average but I would argue the affordability makes the quality make sense. Unfortunately the magnet size ruins the toy. It is so small that it doesn’t pick up the fish unless the water is completely still. Honestly it’ll be a good option for a water table but if your kid is going to be in the water too it’s a bad idea as the kid won’t be able to catch the toys.
Use your own discretion based on your child.
The rods are fragile, but my kids still love bathing with the fish/net. The bag is a great way to store their other toys as well. If your kid is going to be up all night crying that their rod(s) broke, best to move on. If they enjoy the simple things and are used to breaking things like my kids then I'd suggest it.

Really good fun
Apart from a couple of the fish missing their magnets this game is also a learning tool. We have been teaching my granddaughter her colours by catching the correct colour fish and counting the ones in the net afterwards. The rods aren’t very sturdy and bend really easily but they do teach to wind and unwind the string so definitely needs a bit of a gentle touch with the rods.
Macht super viel Spaß
Dieses Angelspiel habe ich gekauft, um die Kids im Planschbecken bei Laune zu halten.Und die Angeln sind wirklich witzig.Tiere und Angeln sind sehr robust und können super in dem Netzbeutel trocknen, was sehr praktisch ist.Den Kindern gefällt's und ich habe auch schon den ein oder anderen "Fisch" an Land gezogen. :)

I would like to know how to order replacement rods if the seller sees this.Magnets in the rods are cheap and non durable other then that my son absolutely loves it. We have spent much time playing this game. We really enjoy it. We played it just tonight and still love it.Great toy and good service
