okay so it does make your stomach go kind of crazy for the first week, but i think that’s it clearing out all of the Evil in your intestines. once you get past the first week it’s a lot better. i have noticed less bloating, less crazy blood sugar drops, and easier digestion!! you just have to stick with it

The one thing I can say about this is that I have energy to actually do things throughout the day. Before taking these I would have to push myself to just get up and do basic life things. My A1C showed pre diabetes back in September of last year. I’ve lost about 30 pounds on my own but I reached a plateau. These have not helped me lose any weight at all and it’s been a month. I do feel better because I have more energy. I will continue to take for maybe another month and see how I feel. The only negative is that I sometimes feel a tiny bit light headed sometimes.
