Current purchase was to replace a long term previous trimmer that had a faulty switch. One had to apply pressure on the switch in order for the unit to operate. For some angles it was difficult to use.

The trimmer is great. Very powerful and sharp. I've never had any problems with it clogging or pulling. Battery life seems to last a long time.The only problem I have with it, is it's so loud! I'm not kidding when I say I'm considering wearing ear plugs when I'm just doing routine beard trimming. Otherwise great trimmer.

I bought this in 2016 and threw it away about a month ago. The issue was that the guard started occasionally popping off mid trim, which is not good! The first pic is how I rigged it to not pop off and I even emailed WAHL about it with a suggestion on the fix. Well, after a while it would STILL pop off, even with my rigged contraption. About a month ago I picked out a replacement for it and the replacement trimmer was horrible! So, after searching all night without really finding anything I decided to order another WAHL and I was going to Gorilla Glue the guard on (the devil that I know kind of thing). Then I got the new WAHL and was so happy! They have made an alteration that has fixed the issue! If you look at the second pic close you will see, right in the middle there is a part of the guard that locks into a little gap in the shaft that makes it very secure. Now this is an absolute beast! With that fix, this is probably the best trimmer out there - it's like a tank and gets very close to every angle you have on your face to give a great trim. Good job WAHL! Now, just give me a penny for every new one sold for the tip - LOL.

I've had Wahl clippers before and had higher expectations for this product, it's a narrow blade and doesn't cut as short as I expected. It feels like a thin plastic chrome painted casing, it feels cheap and runs really loudly. We bought a different brand to replace it, it takes to long to shave a balding man's straggly hairs. This is suitable only for trimming a beard and maybe the ear/nose hairs. Not for heads or body grooming.

Sabemos que la higiene personal es importante y más para nosotros los hombres que usamos barba, por lo que tenemos que tener una máquina que nos facilite el aseo de la misma por ello me di a la tarea de comparar diferentes máquinas y me decidí por ésta. La cual me pareció de muy buen precio y de excelente calidad. La he utilizado y sin problema he podido constatar su fácil manejo. Además me gusta que el intercambio de peines sea rápido y sencillo; y de contar con un estuche para guardarla con todos sus accesorios.

Je viens de recevoir et d'ouvrir le paquet.L'emballage plastique doit être découpé avec un outil tranchant, il est donc impossible de le refermer.Le produit en lui même est d'une qualité navrante, corps en plastique, lame de mauvaise facture, guide de coupe avec un système de fixation qui sera certainement cassé dans moins d'un mois, pochette de transport en plastique tissé le moins cher possible; bouton d'allumage fragile.Petite blague supplémentaire, le chargeur n'est pas adapté au prise FR/CE.Tout est de piètre qualité pour un prix élevé, je suis extrêmement déçu de cet achat.Je ne le recommande pas.

Works well despite its cheap price
Pretty impressed for the price. The whole unit is plastic so don’t let the “chrome” fool you but the good thing is they’re very powerful when compared to others at this price point. The clips are a bit flimsy though so I’m not sure how long they will last but overall good so far.
