I'm extremely pleased with this product! I researched each ingredient and compared them to EWG's standards. Not only are ALL of the ingredients deemed to be safe, but the combination is SUPERB! They even include Blue Tansy oil, which is super-expensive. The one ingredient that I wish it also contained is maple leaf, but that's a rare one. I'm enjoying this and my age spots seem to be getting lighter. Yay!

Doesn't clear even light brown sunspot damage. However, it has a pinkish tint that gives my face a nice glow and moisturizes well. There is no fragrance which I like; therefore I gave 5 stars for that category.

WOW!Let me start off by saying, I'm a cosmetologist, I only use high end (mostly organic) products, and I've done a LOT of DIY as well. So my expectations for this serum were high.I originally ordered this because I was looking for an S.A.P. vitamin C serum to replace my usual L-AA serum (which I still love, but it's very acidic so I have to follow it with a lot of other products... and lately I just don't have that kind of time in the mornings).First impression: immediate smoothing of skin, easy to apply, quickly absorbs, and I can follow it with just sunscreen if I don't have time for moisturizer and my skin still stays nicely moisturized throughout the day.After 2 weeks of daily use: visible improvement of both skin texture and tone, and any breakouts and blackheads have all but completely disappeared. FYI, I don't wear makeup so it's easy for me to monitor improvements very accurately).An EXCELLENT formulation.... And half the price of my other vitamin c serum!Also, as a bonus, I love that it had tumeric in it (I love the long term results of tumeric, but every time I add the spice to my face masks, it temporarily tints my skin orange... with this product, I get the best of both worlds). I'm also excited about the alpha arbutin, I was considering a separate serum for this active, but now I don't need it because this product kills multiple birds with one stone.Don't worry about the niacinamide reacting with the Vit C, this is only a concern for L-AA products. No skin flushing either, as proof of this.Will reorder. Again and again.

I've been using this for over a year now. I like how it feels and the price is great, and I really wish it were available on the Subscribe & Save program. (ETA it is now!)The texture is a little thicker than the C+ serum and less gel-like than the Peptide Complex or Niacinamide serums from the same brand, not watery like an essence or glidey like an oil. It's opaque and doesn't slip and drip around quite as readily as more liquidy serums, so application is a bit more controlled. It can be sticky if over-applied, but you really don't need much and when used sparingly, it dries quickly with no sheen or stickiness. I like to use 3-6 tiny dots all over my face (smaller even than the drops in my photo), and pat it in with my fingertips. At that rate a bottle lasts me 4 months or so with daily use. It seems to play nicely with my makeup, but I don't wear much of that either; with more layers to contend with, it might get goopier, but I can't really say.The smell is a little like vitamin C tablets, with no peppery note that I can detect. The color is a surprisingly bright pumpkiny orange (see update note below, the color is not always this bright!), but it smooths in as you apply and doesn't leave a tint, even on very fair skin; I haven't seen any staining or transfer, but again, I use a pretty light hand.UPDATE: I've been using this serum for a little over a year and I've gone through two bottles that I bought on Bolo, and started a third that I ordered directly from the manufacturer's website. The latter was stored in my refrigerator for a month or two prior to being opened. The new bottle contains a product with a very different color than the two before it. It's a pale, lighter-than-creamsicle orange that surprised me after the pumpkiny color of my first two Bolo bottles. I've included a photo of the products side by side on the back of my hand; dark orange is from Bolo, pale orange is directly from the Eva Naturals website. The Bolo bottle had been opened for a few months at this point, but it was the same dark orange from day one.The new bottle (light colored serum) is dated to expire a year from the time the photo was taken. The old bottle (dark colored serum) does not have a noticeable expiration date on the label at all.I don't know if they are a different formulation, if the Bolo bottles had oxidized or expired before they got to me, or if refrigeration affected the color in some way, but it's definitely worth noting. Although I got it cheaper here and didn't notice any ill effects from the darker orange formulation, I wish I knew for sure what caused the difference. I'll probably be ordering from Bolo again, but if the serum is dark or undated, I'll use the company website instead.

The media could not be loaded. Short of 5 star for me due to the applicator type and method of distribution. Long time user of other Eva formula. The pump on this product makes product shoot out real fast so often it squirts all different directions and ends up on surfaces. Contents itself is nice feeling on the face and absorbs quickly. Wish it had different method of application. Top gets plugged easily causing excess rapid random squirts.

So far I've liked how this serum had worked well. It doesn't have a strong smell, it's not sticky, absorbs quickly and is easy to use. I love how inexpensive it is. Plus I have sensitive skin and usually break out with serums and haven't with the 10 Actives Facial Serum. I definitely recommend it!
Great Product
This product did exactly what it said it would do. This is a good product for a good price. I love the combination/make up of this serum. It goes on light and works well for my sensitive skin. This is my 3rd purchase. I recommend it to my sister and cousin and they love it as well.
Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.
Seems to work well under my moisturizer, better than moisturizer alone to combat winter dryness without being heavy.Don't love the earthy smell but it's not terrible and not noticeable after it soaks in Thankfully no perfume smell.It's keeping my 50 ish skin moisturized better without irritation, redness or breakouts so I like it.

Have been using this for about 2 years
So starting at the top, overall rating, I have to give it a 3 because to be honest I'm still really not sure about the effect or if it does anything at all.Value for the money, I would say there is no value for the high price I'm paying when I don't really see a change especially in the dark spots which have not gotten lighter at all.Moisturizing, not a fair question as I use it in combination with other serums followed by a moisturizer.Scent, don't really mind it.Honestly don't know why I still buy it and use it mixed as a cocktail with other serums, I guess I'm hoping that I will wake up one day and see dramatic results.
