- Our Maple Sugar is made only from our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Nothing else added, all natural.
- The process of making sugar involves taking finished maple syrup and boiling it down even further until it reaches about 256 degrees, then cooling and stirring as it crystallizes. After cooling we sift to remove larger granules. .
- Our maple syrup is processed in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available
- We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees are over 100 years old and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100!

I opened this and my senses wafted away to someplace really beautiful- like Vermont where it came from! This smells sooo good I wish I could make it into perfume for myself as aromatherapy. It smells like buttery maple syrup to me and tastes nicely sweet. I am so happy to have purchased this bottle. Not only does it have a great pouring/sprinkling capacity, it has a cute owl design to boot, (so I can leave it on my counter if I wish.) I especially wanted the sprinkle part of the top- as I love to sprinkle maple syrup granules on the tops of my custards and baked goods before baking. Such a lovely touch. Thank you for this wonderful product.

It arrived today and I was very disappointed. I was very specifically looking for LARGE granule maple sugar. I spend a good deal of time looking at pictures of the various brands and reading the reviews so I could be sure I was getting large granules. Maybe, just maybe, it is slightly bigger than regular sugar and that’s ok but not what I wanted.If you are looking for a good price, nice shaker, good flavor - and table sugar consistency order it. Shipping was quick.BTW I’m stuck with it. No returns on product.
