I had an issue with my Ultimate Sack 6000, so I emailed Customer Service on Friday, 4/7, and within hours Janine responded with apologies and an offer to replace the Sack. Since it was Easter weekend, I thought the replacement would take a while, but Monday morning I was advised the new Sack would be delivered that day. An hour later FedEx delivered the replacement. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service Ultimate Sacks provides. It is very obvious they truly care about the customer being 100% satisfied and they will go above and beyond to fix any issues. I'm extremely appreciative and I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Sacks. (End of Edit).First let me say, my Ultimate Sack arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled, major bonus.I turned my office into a reading nook and, after researching many bean bag options for cozy seating, I landed on an Ultimate Sack 6000. I've had it set up for about 5 hours and I have zero regrets.After watching videos about the set up, it was easy peasy, no mess, no fuss, 10 minutes and done, (minus fluffing and rolling). A lot of low star reviews say it's not very full, they sink to the floor, or it's flat and nothing like the pictures - this is the complete opposite of my experience, even after only 5 hours. It takes time and effort to work the memory foam. Flip the sack, fluff it, turn it upside down then upright again and it will look and feel enormously full. I even rotate it so I don't sit on the same side every time. Plus, my 50 yo butt had no issues getting out of the sack, which was a small concern I had.Yes, the Ultimate Sack takes a tiny bit of work to keep it comfy, but anything worth enjoying usually does.I HIGHLY recommend the Ultimate Sack 6000 and ottoman. In the few hours I've had it set up, I'm enormously pleased with my purchase. It is well made, the cover is very soft and it truly feels like I'm sitting on a cloud.Delivery is fast, set up is easy, and the minimal work it takes to keep it comfortable is beyond worth it.Buy it!!!!

We purchased a navy fur one for our tween who wanted an oversized bean bag chair for his room. He loves it so much he's literally sleeping on it at night instead of his nice queen-sized bed.So, just jumped online and ordered another, this time camel fur one for our older teen who has a couple friends staying with us over the holidays and they need more seating for video games/ movies etc.I tried it out, too, and kind of want one for my middle-aged self now, too. It was very comfy and glad we found these as an alternative to the luv sac which was what was originally on the kids' wish lists but these were hundreds more and not that much more comfy...

I really liked this bean-bag! There wasn't an unusual smell either. I never touched the floor by laying on it. Even though it was filled with foam, I still felt a bit low though. It could have been sent with an extra bag of foam. The foam gets a little pricey, in order to make it higher up to get on, due to me don't like being too low, I unzipped it and added soft pillows at the bottom of the actual ( inside) foam bag. Not inside of the actual foam bag. As you can see in pics it's much higher afterwards. Another thing I decided to do was to take the extra white zipped up foam bag, that the brick of foam was sent in, to not toss it away. There's already a stool shape to it, so I went ahead and stuffed that extra cover with a few blankets and sheets. Therefore, now I have an ultimate bean- bag without having to buy the extra priced one with the stool. I made my own stool. ( as you can see in pics ). Now, all I have to do is order a cover for it to match the bean bag. I also noticed that my fur babies took over the whole set, probably thought that I brought them an extra super, king sized doggie bed. I can't hardly get on it in peace, bc of my fur babies always are in my way. So, instead of them joining me, it seems the other way around. It's a really nice bean bag and I would suggest you buy it.It's very comfortable. Beanbag itself definitely deserves a 5 star rating , but I just want to keep an honest review due to beanbag needing more foam , in my personal opinion, or otherwise, do as I did and stuff it yourself. It's a little pricey, and so is extra foam if you need more. So, I'm going to go ahead and leave 4 stars. But buy it, you won't regret it!
