This is my favorite flavor. I drink it in my coffee instead of creamer. I still don't know how they pack 30 grams of protein in these shakes, because you can't detect any graininess or disagreeable protein taste. This is the best brand of protein shakes on the market. I've tried them all.

Our go-to breakfast. No weird taste from packaging, and tetra pack and cap are recyclable. There is also a plastic bottle of this flavor, which tastes like plastic and has a ton of wasteful packaging. Definitely sticking to this version from here out. Carmel is our favorite flavor- we’ve tried nearly all of the Premier Protein flavors.

I love mixing one of these with my afternoon coffee - serves as a dual purpose! Creamer- and protein snack! I love this brand, and the flavor caramel is PERFECT! The only thing I would change is the price point, I think 2 dollars a shake is pushing it a little- but, what can ya do. :)

Love the caramel Have been losing weight. At night when you want to snack take one ! It stops the hunger, satiety that enemy of the diet for 160 cal. I use for the breakfast and evening. sometimes a third one
