Ate these for the first time when I was in Australia a few months ago. When I went to a grocery store to buy some, the clerk that helped me with my selection told me that Tim Tams should be stored in the refrigerator and eaten cold for best taste. She was correct.

Not only had it melted in the packaging a bit, but knowing how hot it can get in the delivery trucks, that is expected in summer. The product tasted fine, but not as good as usual so I checked the Best Before date and it is 08/16/24, so basically 3 days from when I received my package. So yes, obviously got an old package which I am not so happy about which is why it has a 3 star rating.
