I was suffering from extreme bloating from IBS from what I thought were good foods for me. I had a food sensitivity test done and was told that out of 4 of the beneficial strains they looked for in my system, I only had one. I searched for hours online looking for a probiotic that included the missing strains and found 1 Body. I began eliminating the foods that triggered my body to react and saw some relief. A few days later I received my 1 Body probiotics. Within the first 24-48 hours of first taking it I notice a considerable amount of activity within my gut. Within the first week I started having normal bowel movements again and even noticed that my skin felt smoother. Now 2 weeks in my skin appears to have lost a red hue that I didn't realize I had before and my bloating is almost gone! I have already recommended 1 Body to several friends and family who I know suffer from gut issues. It will definitely continue to be party of my daily "take care of me" routine from now on.

This is not any ordinary probiotic. The strains of bacteria are very specific and well-chosen. There are lots of studies on the functions of these strains.

I've tried more than a half dozen probiotics over the years and this one is a great value. It works well, but not too well (if you've ever had nasty side effects, you know what I'm talking about. It's a great value for the money. I've gone a few days to a week without and noticed a difference in my energy and gut. This one is a keeper.

This product worked extremely well with me. After I finished the first bottle I ordered the next one immediately! Say goodbye to my forever existing indigestion gas baby :D Not only it has reduced my bloating& gas after meals, but it has also helped with my digestion process tremendously. I really recommend everyone who has digestive trouble to give this product a try :)

I've been struggling with digestion for years -- cramps, bloating, all that good stuff... my girlfriend was always telling me to take probiotics, and I finally tried some out years ago, but they really didn't do much for me, at that time. Because it really hasn't alleviated over the years, I decided to give it another try, and these seem to be helping. I actually just took a trip to Europe and really wanted to be able to eat all the amazing food and not feel bloated... so I took these along and kept taking them and really didn't feel any discomfort at all! Gonna keep using these -- so far so good!

I had been using a probiotic for women, but after an rx of really strong antibiotics, my stomach was so messed up. My mom suggested these and my issues were solved within about 3 days. Will definitely order again.

The product is great, really amazed at how fast it starts working. Problem was the shipping. I bought the two pack and only one was delivered. Took a few google searches to get a resolution and Bolo said they would ship the correct order. And I got just one bottle again. I got what I ordered eventually but was quite a hassle.
DO NOT CONTAIN LIVE CULTURES!
I emptied the contents of 4 capsules into a glass of milk and left it overnight. If the capsules contained live cultures as advertised, the milk would curdle and become quite thick. However this did not happen. The milk stayed the same colour, and consistency as before the capsule contents were added. Very disappointing to find out these capsules contain NO LIVE CULTURES and hence are useless. I threw them in the bin.
