①This requires you to first understand how to use the wood screws
②Pre-drill two holes in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.2"
③Pass the screw through the hole in the base of the swing hanger, and use a wrench or electric drill to tighten the screw
🛠Install on Concrete
①This requires you to first understand how to use the expansion bolt
②Drill two holes in the ceiling, and then use expansion bolts to fix the swing hanger on the ceiling
🛠Connect to items such as hammocks, swing chairs or sandbags that you need to hang

Using for my TRX in my garage. The quality is solid and once you mount to a ceiling stud the ring is not going anywhere. I started with a small 3/32 drill bit pilot hole with my drill and worked my way up to a 1/4 drill bit and then installed the mounting bolts with a socket/ratchet wrench. About a 30 minute install if doing alone. Definitely recommend.
