I was in an accident 2 yrs ago received a concussion. About a year later, just when I thought I would begin to start feeling better, I realized that I was unable to focus and concentrate, construct basic sentences, my short term memory was just not in tact and I would become anxious and frustrated very quickly.I did everything I knew how, and tried a lot of natural remedies, but I would only get better sleep. The anxiety would leave for bit and I would be hopeful...and then nothing.I started taking Bacopa when I ran into it on Bolo and it helped with the sleep and I was a bit more mentally alert but my memory was not back. However while scrolling I came across the Ashwagandha and decided to give it a shot and within a week, I realized that I could recall things told to me, names. My dreams are very vivid and sleep very well and my focus and concentration is good and I do not get frustrated while listening to a speech or anything beyond 5 mins. My energy level is good and I am not lethargic nor does my energy sap in by early afternoon.I am so happy! I take it along with the Bacopa.

This is was the first brand I tried of ashwagandha. I tried another American brand but it has less ashwagandha and more other “organic” stuffs. I can completely feel this Loft away my anxiety. I have take this brand consistently for about six months and is very reliable.

The elongated tabs are slightly thick & dry (as naturally uncoated) but I have no problem swallowing them. Tabs are earthy flavory which is expected. Ashwagandha is much needed now with the current COVID-19 pandemic. I enjoy this product and will purchase more.

This is great for stress and anxiety reduction as long as you take it according to the directions, with food or at least something that has fat in it like a glass of milk or something. It doesn't work as well without it.Definitely worth the money, I take it with me wherever I go and sometimes take it off and on/ take half but especially for travel or especially stressful days.

The best ashwagandha I’ve used! I love this brand and the packaging... having multiple autoimmune issues and mood disorder this stuff is a lifesaver. I am able to control manic/depression episodes and I love that this is a natural adaptogen GIVE THIS STUFF TIME TO WORK! It’s not traditional western medication this works with your body and treat the source not just the symptoms. Herbs and supplements help your body heal don’t expect this work a miracle in 20 min ... but if you use it consistently it WILL WORK! I have used this brand for 4-5 years and I’ve tried others but nothing compares. Your body will tell you what it needs
Works very well for me
I take these with Vitamin C pills and regular exercise so I can't say for certain their effects alone. I do sleep better, although also longer in general, and deeper. I do wake up feeling more rested when I wake up naturally, which has become after 9 hours of sleep on average, which is fair for my lifestyle and body size. I do feel better mentally, a bit less excitable or rather easier to calm myself down. I also find an increased sex drive. These are now part of my daily routine.Initally I was afraid to try these on account of a bad experience with another brand but I've had no side effects from these. I do only take half a pill a day, although I have taken a pill a day for a week without negative side-effects. I will probably upgrade to a pill a day soon.

Small pills are great for those who have trouble swallowing pills, but don't let the size fool you: They are just as potent as other brands larger pills. The packaging was secure, which is needed for the glass bottle that this medicine comes in.These pills provide me with energy to stay active for most of the day, but still calm and with reduced stress, as opposed to other stimulant medications.Be sure to take as directed, with food, to get the best effects of this medicine.
It’s an interesting herb,leaves me feeling pretty much stress free most of the time .
I like the fact it’s GMO free and Organic.
