I’m a 70 year young woman, and I don’t feel or look my age because I have been using marine collagen for years, and believe me I tried a lot of them,1st: None of them dilute easily, so I put a little bit of room temperature water in a jar, add the collagen and shake vigorously for say 30 seconds, then it dissolves perfectly,2nd: If they are real marine collagen, they will always have a marine/fishy taste and you want that taste because it’s the proof that this thing is real! I mix mine with vitamin C and lime or lemon juice and the taste is just fine, but if you mix it with tomato juice or vegetable juice/broth the taste will completely disappear!3rd: I love this marine collagen because it seems to work miracle on my joints, skin, hair and nails and the price is so reasonable… That’s it! Give it a chance and try it!

I do like the product. I have been using it for 3 or 4 months and I am pretty sure my hair is not as thin as it was after Covid. It has no taste at all. I put it in my hot coffee every morning and the one thing I don’t like is the clumps that are a little difficult to smooth out. The label states that it dissolves instantly but it takes quite a lot of stirring to make it dissolve.

I was having a hard time finding a Marine collagen supplement that wasn't so overpriced and was actually a good quality product. This one meets my needs being fairly priced and I love that it comes in such a big container so it lasts me a while. It blends very well even in cool water. If blending in cold water, mix it in and it's a little chunky at first, but letting it settle and dissolve for a few minutes and then mixing again makes totally clear water.

The product works well best I can tell, but it does not mix easily in either cold or hot beverages - the label so advises, but this product really clumps up and takes a long time to mix thoroughly, even in room temperature drinks. I use it in the morning, then take a Type 2 Collagen (aviary-based) before bed. The combination is relieving joint pain.

I can’t take bovine based collagen, so marine collagen has been my go to for years now. And this has been my favorite! Mixes well using a shaker cup (better than all the others I’ve tried) which makes for a great texture no matter what you choose to put it in. No noticeable flavor. As far as performance is concerned, less aches and pains and hair and nails are great. Also, I love that this can be purchased in larger portions than other brands. It makes it super easy to use every day without stressing out about having to buy more every few weeks.

I like the fact that it is marine based (not bovine) and made from a byproduct of Cod Fish.. the skin. When you first open the jar there is a subtle or slight odor, not quite fishy. But it mixes well in a protein shake and is tasteless. I recommend it.

Does what its meant to
I'll keep it simple. I add it to my morning coffee. It does have a taste, but its not unpleasant, just you can tell its there. No bad smells. It does take a few minutes in hot water to start to break down. Nails are stronger than ever, skin on my face is softer than any moisturizer could manage, and my hair is growing faster, and longer than usual. No downsides, it works :D
