I got this because my existing shop-vac head worked great on hard wood and concrete like but would get stuck to the low pile carpet in my office. I bought some size adapters (from Bolo) and adapted this head to my existing shop-vac and it worked perfectly. This vacuum head would not work on high pile or shag carpet, but for my application it worked great.I would recommend this product.

It works it doesn't fit my pipe to my vacuum cleaner. However, I find that with every piece I buy, even the adapter takes 2 different adapters to fit the pipe. And the wheels keep popping out
