I enjoy mild hot with great spice levels,it’s really balanced. Great in scrambled eggs, pastas, just about anything that needs a little bump. The oil in it really contains the heat, now on a subscription! Enjoy!

I’ve never heard of this product before but purchased it for a pizza sausage recipe I found. It’s delicious, smells like heaven and my pizza came out like it was from my fave Chicago pizza place. Looking fw to finding other recipes. It was worth every penny. Lots of freshness and quality ingredients packed in this little bottle: a lil goes a long way so it should last me a long time!

So, so good! This is the only brand of Calabrian peppers to buy! We've tried them all, and yes, there’s a difference. These are not cheap, but they are still worth the price. We add them to so many dishes, but they’re especially good on sandwiches and on top of dips like hummus. Yes, they’re spicy, but they also have flavor!!! Be careful though — I bought them for someone who had temporarily lost his sense of taste (yup, Covid). He could taste these and now says he's addicted even though his taste sense returned. Ha! I only wish I could buy them in a local grocery store, although I haven’t had any problems in shipping (knock on wood!). Skip the rest and get the best.

These are so well prepared for easy use. They have great shelf life. I love giving them in a gift basket with a recipe that uses them and some of the other items from the recipe ,such as pasta, or pretty dishes/kitchen towels or a gadget! I love the monthly delivery as well !
