I believe the product does what it is intended to do, but the delivery was wretched. When the can opened in the shipping box, the Flex Seal certainly waterproofed the inside of the box and all the other items in the box. And when I picked it up to carry it inside (before I saw the leak), it did a real number on my landscaping rocks and my wool suit. But all is not lost. Bolo refunded the purchase price without requiring me to pack up and return the product. And they even gave me a $28.58 "token of apology" for the suit. I recommend you purchase this locally and carry it carefully home so it all stays in the can until you are ready to use it.

I used this on a shed I build out of scrap plywood's I tried this to eat it and keep water outfit lasted about year and now I see cracks in it so not great for longterm use.
