    I've used this product off and on since about 2005, usually taken with the evening meal, and generally in about 1/2 the suggested dose. I really noticed that, when I didn't take it, my energy levels were lower than when I did. However, In early 2023, I noticed I was waking in the early morning hours with my entire upper body tensed and pushing itself down into my bed and pillow. It was very painful and took several minutes on waking for the muscles to relax. After months of wondering what might be causing this--me thinking, "stress!?!" I consulted my long-time nutrition adviser who suggested that I stop this product to see if the condition resolved and ... it did, within days. Sleeping so much better now. So, good product, but be sure to listen to your body and know when to adjust the dose or stop.

    I got these to use while I am pregnant to supplement minerals. My Dr. recommended these for me because I eat pretty healthy and just wanted a little boost to make sure I get all the minerals I need without really high doses like some other brands and pills have. I take 2 a day in addition to a healthy diet and a few vitamins. I take them after breakfast with a cup of water. I haven't had any issues and I am very sensitive to many foods/ingredients. I can't say I've noticed any particular effect one way or the other which is fine by me as I am just trying to get a little extra without uncomfortable side effects like I get from a lot of supplements. The pills themselves are round about the size a dime, not very thick, and on the drier side with no coating. Some times I have a hard time swallowing them. I usually take one at a time tilting my head back with some water in my mouth. Not the easiest but definitely not the worst. Recommend if you are looking for a good mineral supplement.

    My wife notices a big difference when taking these, or when stopping. This is one of the few multi supplements we could find that has trace minerals. Vanadium, Boron, and Rubidium, specifically. Very, very few supplements have rubidium, but it's a mineral demonstrated to affect cognition and brain health. Great stuff!

    LOVE these!! I feel so much better when I take them! Keep in mind that the dose is 4 pills, so a bottle doesn't last as long as you'd think. Still, I love them!!
