Jasmine Minute Rice is such a time saver at dinner! Sometimes I forget to start the starch/grain I had planned for a dish early enough to be ready when the protein & veg will be done. This rice jumps in to save the day! Boil water, add seasoning as desired (we usually use salt and butter, sometimes lime zest or chicken bouillon, etc). Then stir in the rice & take of the heat. Let it sit covered for 5-7 mins while the rest of the meal finishes cooking. Fluff it with a fork and you’re good! If you have quick cooking seafood, chicken, stir fry, etc, this rice is an ideal side!
