I love Swanson supplements and this is a nice probiotic. Not quite as strong acting as another brand I’ve used but at least it doesn’t contain a calcium base, which I am very sensitive to.

Mother insists that it has to say Acidophilus, or it won't work. Although I personally don't note a large difference between probiotics providing the main ingredients are the same, who am I to argue with my elder. The price is good and lower than if purchased locally.

The media could not be loaded. Due for a re up! It is long and big pill but you can get the benefit you need. I would recommend it to anyone that needs their daily vitamins. My doctor asked me to take them and I got from them and I love it.

I've been using this Swanson acidophilus for years. I have Crohn's disease; part of keeping that under control is using the proper probiotics and digestive enzymes every day (along with a careful diet.) So I NEED these. They're effective and they're one of the few acidophilus brands I can find that contain ONLY acidophilus and not a lot of other stuff I don't want. They're also inexpensive, which is another plus.
