The Rovsun chafing dishes (a set of four) are beautiful and will function perfectly for my needs. I don't expect to use them more than twice a year and for that amount of use they should last long. The price cannot be beat. I would recommend the product.That being said, I would like to add these comments:First of all, in spite of ordering from my Bolo Prime account, this was not shipped via Prime's quick delivery agreements. I realized that when I ordered, but nonetheless, this could be missed if you are not aware. The shipping cost nearly doubled the overall price of the product, which did give me considerable pause. This would affect return, should it be needed, as shipping may not be reimbursed. Despite that I decided it was still a very competitive price over all and went ahead with my order.Secondly, the product did not arrive on the predetermined date. I had seen in other reviews some complaints regarding that, as well as comments about partial orders being delivered. When my order arrived, two days late, with only half of the order, I immediately contacted the company via the Bolo and Rovzun order page. I was happy to see a customer response very quickly and they assured me that another box would be arriving and I was told to wait "patient." My tracking information only stated "delivered" had been done, so I remained somewhat nervous. Two days later, with no new package that I could even track, I contacted Rovsun again, via "chat" and I had quick response with a support person who gave me the tracking number. The missing box arrived later that same day.I am pleased with the customer support, and I am pleased with the product!

The product is very thin and flimsy. The stand has wiggle room, but for the price, the unit is good enough and does the job well. If well maintained and used lightly, it should last a while. Just be careful because it can bend easily. My set was packaged well, but a few dishes bent.

The stands are scary flimsy. One collapsed when I put the food filled pan in it. The lids cannot be stacked... wish I had noted that before purchasing them. The pans and lids themselves are thin, not restaurant or mess hall quality. I am going to trash the stands and yard sell the pans and lids.
