I absolutely love this cup! The color is like a dusty grainy pink. It’s very soft and cute (the color). I’ve put boiling water in this cup and touched it after maybe 3 mins and it was a bit warm but I could grab it and walk to the car. It holds the perfect amount of tea (my drink of choice) and keeps it warm for about 2.5 hrs, in my experience. I also got these stickers to decorate and they stick like glue! I was worried that they wouldn’t. They haven’t budged and I wash this cup every day. Now I don’t submerge it in water but I have cleaned it and rinsed it with water and soap and the stickers like fine. Oh, I only use one teabag and I enjoy the strength that I get in this size cup. I also drink herbal tea, if that helps at all. Oh oh, I have had this cup lean almost upside down, and with the top lid on, it hasn’t leaked a drip! Kay, I think that’s everything you need to know to gon head buy this cup!

UPDATE: Seller's reached out quickly sincerely hoping to find out what went on with my cups. They sent me a new set, hoping it was just a "bad batch". Indeed, I was just unlucky to have received a bad batch. The new cups are perfect. The seal fits exactly as it should (and even came with an extra seal that fit perfectly, an additional sip insert, a carrying handle and a sponge!!). I am definitely 5 star happy with these cups now - and intend to order another set for the camper!Pros: Love the material, that's it's microwavable, and colors are so cute!Cons: This is kind of a biggie for me. The seal on the inside of one cup is way to big and the seal on the other was completely missing. So the lid leaks easily, even when you drink sometimes.This would be my favorite cup if it didn't leak.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this cup for 4 months now almost all day long every day.. I drink 5 to 10 cups of hot tea daily and almost always use this cup. I usually wash it by hand but have put it in the dishwasher about 6 times to remove the heavy stains. With the exception of the non-slip base (which fell off after the first time in the dishwasher), it has held up pretty good for a lot longer than I expected. It started leaking around the lid today, likely because of how many times a day I open and close it. If you're a more moderate drinker than I am it would probably last much longer. As the description says it's not hot to touch. If your beverage is super hot the cup can be on the warmer side but it doesn't burn you. Just be careful with this if you reheat it when taking your first drink bc it can make it more difficult to gauge the temperature of the drink.. I've burnt myself a few times in a rush 😔 Also it does a decent job of keep your drink warm (as long as you keep the mouth piece sealed). In the beginning it kept my tea warm for almost 2 hours but the more I've used it the less time it lasts. Now it might keep for 30mins to and hour. I knew it wouldn't last forever.. nothing does especially the more it's used, but for the amount of time and use I got out of it I'd say it's well worth the price and I will definitely be buying me another one since I've worn this one out.Another plus is there is no weird taste or smell... I can't stand the taste of the metal cups and the plastic ones smell weird to me after a while of using them. I am the type of person who reheats my tea in ceramics cups multiple times bc I'm constantly distracted or busy so I'm very grateful I found this cup. It has drastically reduced the amount of times my microwave sees me.

I really like this mug. I don't know if it really is made with rice husks or not because it looks different than how actual rice husk made dishes and cups look but is still a very nice mug. It's easy to hold in your hand fits in most car cup holders and doesn't make any loud noises when you said it down because of the foam base. I thought the foam base would make it wobbly but it actually is nice and stable. There is a seal around a lid so your coffee does not spill between the actual cup in the lid and when you close the top it prevents any liquid from coming out unless you shake it really hard or it takes a very large fall. Feels like plastic seems to perform like plastic and is as strong as plastic. At the bottom of the lid there is a recycle number 5 symbol so I'm kind of wondering if this is just plastic. Even if it is just plastic it is still a really nice cup and I would have bought it whether or not it was actually made with rice husks or not. Wish they did have more color options though I would have liked to get a blue. It does not keep your drink very warm compared to a vacuum sealed metal tumbler. But that's exactly what I wanted because I'm tired of pouring coffee letting it sit in my thermos for a couple of hours to cool down enough for me to drink. This allows my coffee to cool down to a drinkable level much quicker than my Yeti tumbler does. I use this a lot more than the yeti simply because I get to drink my coffee quicker.

I wasn’t expecting to be impressed with a travel mug. It’s super lightweight, keeps liquids hot, withstands dishwasher/microwave, and it’s cute! What impressed me was all the included extras — a sponge, extra handle, extra stopper. Great product!

It’s cute and lightweight. But it seems to be prone to spilling or at least dripping. Nothing stay hot in it. Ok but I wouldn’t buy again.

I don't typically write reviews but this is my third time I've purchased this cup the first one I lost, the second one is still in use but it has a couple little quirks and it is getting old so I wanted a new one. I love to put my coffee in the micro wave for very hot coffee, this baby has been microwaved at least 500 times. In the dishwasher hundreds of times, dropped quite a few times and is still rocking my coffee. The new cup i received came with spare parts, and a eco sponge, which is awesome. Thank you for making a quality product. Never had problems with it leaking, and keeps my coffee hot. Good job.

I never like reusable mugs but this one is perfect. It doesn’t leak, keeps beverage hot, easy to clean and great colors. I wish Bolo would carry the orange and pistachio colors also. I bought the pink and loved it and then bought the mint one. It comes with extra handle apparatus and a sponge!!

There are so many of theses I was not sure which to get. I am a healthcare worker I am lucky to get a break never mind have a cup of tea. This keeps my tea hot for hours so in that respect it works. Be mindful it has made me flinch as you have to tip it so far for liquid to pour and it is still hot. I haven’t traveled around with it in a bag I have no cause to. The seal is good though it can be quite tight to unscrew.
Perfect Travel Mug
This cup is excellent. It doesn’t leak, it’s easy to clean and keeps my drinks hot for hours. I tend to drink Lapsang Souchong and Jasmine tea. I can drink the former, do a quick rinse and then drink the latter with no residual taste. I have tried various travel mugs over many years. This is undoubtedly the best and I’m certain will last a very long time.

I’d been searching high and low for a reusable travel cup that ticked all the boxes. I’ve always used travel cups made from plastic or the metal style ones but the plastic ones either only kept my drink warm for 30 mins or so or made the drink taste funny or the metal ones would keep my drink too hot and would still be hot by lunchtime defeating the object of being able to enjoy a hot drink during my commute to the office.This cup though is perfect! It appears to be double walled so keeps my drink hot for at least 60-90 mins, doesn’t affect the taste of the drink, no need for a sleeve as although you can feel the warmth of the drink on the outside of the cup, it doesn’t burn your hand. It’s easy to clean, nice to drink out of and I love that it has a Matt finish which means scratches are less likely to show. I was worried that the handle that forms the seal to the opening would flip back on my face when drinking but it stays put and it fits in my drink holder in the car. I purchased the larger size which won’t fit in all car cup holders due to the height of it if you’ve got a cup holder underneath your radio console panel, something to bare in mind. So glad I found this cup!

Love my new reusable cup. I purchased one for myself to take on my morning dog walks, and had to purchase another as my partner kept taking it to work. Really high quality, great leak-proof seal, retains heat really well. Love the black design too. Will be buying a few more for Christmas presents as so well packaged.
