Items were melted when they were delivered. We picked it up at the door as soon as it was dropped off. I haven't opened the individual packets, but they were soft to the touch.

How could you go wrong with this classic? They were thoughtfully packaged with an ice pack so as not to melt in the extreme heat we are having.
Just like The Tutles I get in Canada.
They taste just the same. Delicious! Just a bit too expensive for a regular shop but worth the money for an occasional treat.
